Humber Doucy Brewing Co. is a local brewing company crafting special brews made using local hops and barley.
John and Alan believe there is nothing better than the combination of Suffolk and beer - and Humber Doucy Brewing Company combines the two beautifully.
A father and son team, one a Yorkshireman who worked at Muntons maltings in Stowmarket for nearly 40 years and the other a first generation Suffolker who comes from the brewing trade, started the brewery in 2019 in the “Old Jeffries Garage” a repurposed MOT Garage from the 50’s. Nestled among the wheat and barley fields of Bacton its the perfect location to create traditional Suffolk bitter, session ales and seasonal brews.
They also make custom beers for companies, weddings and events!
