I built both xianyun and gaming at the same time. Ate a lot of condensed resin :D My problem is he is at C1 after a mid-pity lost 50/50 and a high-pity xianyun pulling session of like 80 pulls... A friend had a 10-pull with 3 gaming in it. I'm crying.
Its nice that Hoyoverse is creating 4 star characters good enough to make me want to roll for them. Im gonna throw around 50 wishes to see if i can score a few Faruzan and Gaming constellations, and if i manage to get Xianyun, all the better (the plunge attack gameplay seems hilarious). The Fontaine patch has been insane, a lot of great 5 stars and 4 stars.

@@riin34 You're still weaving in normal attacks, so it's not totally useless. But either way, the 4-piece bonus is one of the strongest in the game if you can get it to work. It's 100% viable and early calcs show it's the best unconditional artifact set on Gaming
Wished that you showcased some Gaming teams with Furina. They have pretty crazy synergy, and replacing Xingqiu with Furina on the vape team would probably make it do much better
Yeah I was waiting for gaming double hydro with Furina, Yelan/XQ, and Cloud Retainer. That's the team I'm most excited to try I think IWTL was more focused on showing f2p style stuff though, tbf

It's for good reason too, but pivoting so hard to F2Ps is bound to alienate some of his older audience that preferred to watch whale supports go ham.
Building him atm. I never get this excited for a four star and the fact he’s fun to play with and deals tons of damage is crazy for a 4 star. He’s the dps for my exploration team and I never had fun this much since furina.
i don't believe it's meant to overcomplicate with the loss and gain of hp simultaneously with his skill, because there are some buffs in the game that say when u lose OR gain hp, you gain (iirc) crit rate, so the loss and immediate gain means he gets two stacks with just the skill!

5:57 in this moment I realized that cwack on crack (UA-camr) will do endless plunge (high amount of energy recharge to xiao and cloud retainer, xiao activates his plunge mode, then after it ends, he switches to the cloud retainer’s, after cloud retainer’s high jump mode expires, then there will be enough energy recharge to get xiao’s mode)

C6 Gaming is probably the first 4-star main DPS (other than Noelle in certain situations) that is legitimately as good as a 5-Star. TBH his DPS ceiling is better than Diluc's in nearly every situation.
The classic vape team is the exact one I was thinking of using.i did only 1 ten pull and got him. It was a big risk.now i am at 66 pity guaranteed.saving for arlecchino. I needed to do it cause his c1 is OP.unlimited skill uses during his burst.would never go below 50%(will only get healed +6%)
I love Gaming. My Gaming is at C1 and even with a mid build and Talents on 7 and 8, he is doing 118k damage with his burst and then 93k with normal attacks. He is amazing, same level as my Hu TaoXD

Honestly despite the bad press hoyo got from the 3 wishes the game just released some amazing content. Xianyun and gahming are some of the most beautifully crafted chars to do date animation wise. I hope for more of this! Furina and neuv neuv was fun but they dont seem to compare in animation elegance quite as much. The new zone i think is gorgeous and feels fun. The lantern rite story is actually decent!
Alright alright… I was saving my pity (70 pity banner 5 star guaranteed) for Neuvillette’s rerun, but this is too good. I did his demo and then did cloud retainer’s demo and just used him. Safe to say I used my pity to get him and cloud retainer to have the best team possible for him. Hoping for c4 at least by the end of thisbanner. I already got c1 12 pulls in
For me, his best team is with Furina, Xianyun, and Bennet. My Gaming is C6, so he is hitting well over 320k plunges with average crit stats. I am using VV on Xianyun and Marechaussee on Gaming since Furina is on the team. If you do a C6 showcase with Gaming, would like to see what you can do with this comp. I have yet to do a nuke showcase myself, but I am sure I can easily do 1mil dmg. Good vid. 👍

He gets healed 6% because of the passive that gives him 20% more incomming healing if hes under 50% hp and because if his hp is constantly going up and down hes able to very consistently proc Marechausse hunter
