Molten Water Golden Sea Glistening Crystal Waves Ocean Sunset Peaceful Sounds Restful Meditation

As a local surfer floats along I can feel the motion of the water. Capturing a wave and playful riding the crest towards the shore and then paddling back out towards the sun to do it all over again. I'm standing on the beach, grounded here as the water melts the sand under my feet with the gentle tide going in and out. I'm frozen in time, mesmerized watching the golden sun as she sinks on the horizon gently going down forever on this day into the molten waters out at sea. My gaze is soft and my eyes are fixated on the crystalline waves as the spray up and back into the ocean. Tempted to hold my breath and be as still and quiet as I can be, I remind myself to inhale and breathe in the delicious salty sea air, down deep into my heart, my center and then exhale softly again ... as the air from within my lungs ever so gently mingles back into my atmosphere. The sounds of the water envelop me, the ocean captures my essence, my music is listening to the waves. I find harmony and complete resonance with mother nature's heartbeat. Feeling the oneness of all that I AM and that all I can ever be. One with this moment in the now being fully present and forever will remain a part of me and a part of all of my life. My one minute grounded meditation captured in the here and now, preserved to be enjoyed again and again. My endless September summer on my favorite local beach in Leucadia aka Encinitas, CA.
