Vietnamese rice paper roll is an authentic dish in Vietnam .To make this roll they use so many types of protein like chicken ,beef, duck,seafood,vegetable etc .Vietnamese people always serve those type of roll with a dressing .That dressing can be so many types as well.Anyway my recipe for this roll is down below .
Rice Paper Roll: Iceberg lettuce ,Fresh coriander leaves ,thinly slice capsicum ,thinly slice carrot ,thinly sliced onion, fresh basil leaves ( Tulsi pata),rice paper , cooked tiger prawn .
Tiger prawn cooking time was 90 seconds only. Before boiling the tiger prawn needs to add lot of salt into the water.Once you cooked the prawn then put them straight into the cold water ,that's how it won't be over cooked .
Rice paper was soaked in the cold water for 3 minutes .
For Vietnamese dressing following ingredients I have used :
2 pieces kaffier lime leaves ,50 gram plum sugar ,80 gram sweet chilli sauce ,2 slice of fresh chilli,1/2 of a lemon juice , 1 and 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce .
