Emery has done even better. As for finishing above Chelsea and United, Spurs have played the least number of games and have had more rest than anyone in the top ten. Spurs fans were never ever like this in the 60s and 70s when I started as a fan we didn't care about Arsenal we had a winning mentality with Bill Nick in charge .A winning mentality is what we need now not a losing mentality .!
Imagine the scenario spurs fans, west ham hold city to a draw, moyes last game and rices mates doing there best to help their mate, arsenal win the league on goal difference and spurs fans will be the biggest memes pictured in city kits doing the pozman that would be the maddest
We should have tried to win tonight (fanbase and a few players). Our Derby with arsenal is nothing but fake spectacle. They arnt even a North London club to begin with
I really hope this happens just for spurs to cry about it
If City can't beat a West Ham with nothing to play for, at home, to win the title, then the joke will be more on them than Spurs.
@@joewhite22 City fans didn't celebrate their team losing. Spurs did.
Given our mentality and softness over the last few years ,Ange is realising that we're rotten from the top down . Wouldn't surprise me if he went ,he's got ambition
As an Arsenal fan, I really respect His no nonsense approach, trust me at Arsenal I often dispair at the entitled nonsense from our fans, Ange is right to call out the small mentality of some of the Tottenham supporters. Much respect to this fella, if anyone can end the Spurs trophy drought, he can!!
Pathetic joke of a team. Don’t deserve this guy as manager, it’s been embarrassing last few days
To me that means some players were talking about downing tools for this game
He has won so much respect from this press conference, honestly he should go somewhere that deserves him
You know why he said that? Because he probably is sick and tired of Tottenham Hotspur as a club and its fanbase always worrying about other club's success and failures. They are always about "stopping Arsenal", "preventing Chelsea", etc rather than focusing on how they can improve themselves. Once Tottenham stops doing that, maybe they will push on.
Perfectic fan base you want to get top 4 but no idots
Im an Arsenal fan, rivalry aside a minority of the Spurs fanbase have let themselves down. This is a club who should be competing for trophies. 2 years ago Spurs were in the ascendency and now the pendulum has swung back in arsenals favour through heavy investment, clear strategy/leadership and above all ambition😊
As a Spurs fan you are correct - cant stomach fans that prioritise stopping a rival club win something by hoping Spurs lose - pathetic attitude
@@elastotec173 Now it's all done, of we're being honest with banter aside, most fans wouldn't want to hand their rivals the league.
However, the way some spurs fans acted in that stadium was not fair to their players or the manager.
@@elastotec173 I feel bad for the real Spurs fans, the ones dreaming of UCL glory. The rest aren't even fit to be called "rivals". Honestly, Arsenal fans should just stop bantering Spurs fans from now on, it's making them feel like they're rivals when they're not. Fans of rival teams are rivals. Not this lot.
This is a clear message to Levy back him properly ffs
You will never meet or hear a more honest manger total breath of fresh air
If only Football gods can do the unthinkable.
City losing to hammers and Arsenal beating Everton...how will spurs fans feel?
Spurs fans are such an embarrassment im in total shock, they had a chance for CL football but wanted to lose? I am so glad I am not supporting such a clown team.
I'm a Manchester United fan. And I remember a City fan saying to me he'd rather beat Manchester United home and away in a season rather than win the league. I was flabbergasted he said it. But he meant it. His hatred for United was far deeper than his love for City.
To me he's not a football fan. To me, he's just a buffoon. Just like a lot of Spurs fans that were here evidently.
The muppets at Spurs don't deserve you mate
