Regarding your question on why grammatical gender exists, if people understand you anyway when you use the wrong grammatical gender: Language is highly redundant because its main goal is communication and that's why there are a lot of failsafes included in language that seem unnecessary when looking at it from a perspective of pure data-to-information-ratio. E.g. most words probably wouldn't need to have as many sounds in them as they do for them to be unambiguous in most given contexts. Language is "inefficient" because there is so much data loss that can occur from speaker to listener or writer to reader: This can be a simple factor as (Just) Background Noise making some parts of your utterance unintelligible. This is also due to languages not being fixed and not every speaker speaking the exact same version of English for example - not even talking about dialects or non-native speakers, but microscopic variations in how you speak/understand a language given by your upbringing, inside jokes/phrases etc. And so to ensure that your interlocutors understand you, language includes a lot of "unnecessary" data to account for this data loss. There is of course also the goal of language being concise and simple (that's why grammatical categories tend to vanish over time e.g.) - so there is always a compromise between simplicity and error robustness.
By the way, when you jump from one high up level in vivec to a lower one, if you land on one of the buttresses/upright structures and slide down, then jump off to the lower level, you won't take damage (shorter fall distance). Not as good for training acrobatics though (I guess no pain no gain applies to morrowind)
Id say that games are and should be ranked based on how fun they are, and thats why games, at least when they first come out, tend to be in the 7+ range, because most games are fun. 0-6 means that the game is kind of a bad game because what's the point of playing a game that isn't Really fun? Just get another job at that point to pass the time.
So I found your channel sometime this year when you started your Morrowind stuff just recently and I am really grateful that I did. Thank you! :)

there's a mod called Poison Crafting that lets you make poisons and apply them to weapons, but its MWSE only.
isnt TES6 gonna be in Elseweyr...?
Doesn't seem likely, it's rumored to be elsewhere (I'm ashamed of that pun)
