Know there’s always tomorrow, messing up consistency is bound to happen, you are not doomed to never be consistent. 3. Figure out what you’re trying to be consistent in. Is it smth you “should” do, or something you really want to do. Know why you’re doing what you’re doing. Does whatever change you’re making fuel your soul?
