I mix it with virgin cocunut oil and put it on my face and neck every night before bed, and also I put it on, in the mornings, and let it soak in, and then put on my make up. I can always feel it working. I love it! Thank you so much for your video, and may God always bless you!
I love this doctor! I’ve waited so much money on hyaluronic acid which doesn’t even penetrate the skin. I have a little spray bottle with about 20% pure vegetable glycerin and water. I spray it on in the morning and it keeps my skin plumped and supple all day. Love it! And so inexpensive ❤

Imo the only thing hyaluronic acid does is cause a reaction in the skin to swell, which causes the appearance of less lines or wrinkles. It does not benefit in any way.
I use it as a moisturizer for my body by mixing equal parts of glycerine and rose water with a plash of witch hazel. You can use less glycerine if you like. The best time to use it is after a shower when you dry off and your skin is still damp, rub it on and put your bath robe on and let your body absorb it before you get dressed. You can find rose water and glycerine at most Mediterranean stores or drug stores.

@@raintree3383 Cortas. All Mediterranean markets carry it or you can order it on line. This brand is also widely used in desserts and can also be added to your drinking water. They also carry other flavors. If you prefer not to, you don't need to use the witch hazel. I like to add a splash of witch hazel after my evening shower if I have had a very intense day.

Neutrogena transparent facial cleansing bar
Neutrogena clear pore cleaner/mask once or twice a week as a mask sometimes cleanser.
Witch hazel as an astringent
Aveeno or Neutrogena sunscreen with helioplex, read up on it on their website. I rarely am in the sun but all things Neutrogena and Aveeno.
Moisturizer also Aveeno or Neutrogena. Aveeno also has a sunscreen built into their moisturizer so you don't need to use regular sunscreen daily. And if you are not in the sun daily, no need to use daily.
Bonus: twice a week after cleansing my face at night, I apply organic coconut oil and leave on until I am ready for bed , I get a very warm face cloth to remove the coconut oil but do not rewash until the next morning.
Jergens extra healing lotion for my body sometimes mixed with a little vitamin E oil that I order on line It's 75,000 IU the highest you can get from Tropical Holistic. Beware of local brands they are not all pure and sometimes cut with a cheaper oil.
Lastly when Life Extension Magazine is having a 50 to 70% off skin care, I am game.
You don't have to break the bank to feel good. Sorry to be so lengthy, but I am a who, what, when, where and why kind of person. I hope this is helpful.

You’re doing great work here Doc! 😊 A dermatologist here on UA-cam has a video on her “love affair with glycerin” because she too likes it better than the much hyped-up ingredient, hyaluronic acid. I will be purchasing glycerin in the future opposed to the expensive hyaluronic acid serums I’ve been using. This will save me a lot of money.🙏Thank you once again!

I have some seborrheic dermatitis in the creases around my nose and small area. I’ve tried every moisturizer known to god from $12 cvs brand to $150 high end. Turns out the best moisturizer for my skin is pure glycerin mixed with a little bottled water or rose water.

- I use it Everywhere.. I spritz a sterile water on my face, spritz some on my palm, add about 5 drops of Glycerin, gently rub palm to mix then pat All over face/neck, arms, elbows, hands.. I've added to my legs/feet before bed too since it's so inexpensive.. it has Not bothered my Eyes at all..

Thank you sir, I purchased vegetable glycerin to use it as a humectant. While my face is damp, I will add the jojoba oil (a few drops) and that's pretty much what I'm going to do every night. Trust me, I apply Glycerine + olive oil and massage them at night before sleeping.. Within a few days u will notice drastic change, ur skin will become so soft, bright, more tight, and fresh/young.
Just make sure that u do massage in upwards direction (specially of cheeks). And in morning clean that with rose water, u will love to see urself in mirror.

@@megalahilda1418, I usually go with 50/50 ratio, but if u hv oily skin make it as 70/30 ratio.. And u can use other oils as well, but fr me in winter Olive oil nourishes skin better than others.. U can make alternate oils as well or even club 2 oils with glycerine..
Also, many times I use lemon and 4-5 drops of honey in morning, it cleanses ur skin and rejuvenates like anything.
Do try that as well, ull genuinely love it.

@@raintree3383 sorry I just saw yu’r message. I live in US and I use AURA CASIA BRAND , organic vegetable glycerin skin care oil.. this is what it says on bottle.. I have been using this from last more than three years. I use a drop or 2 of glycerine in each lotion scoop or pump I take on my hand. I Got it in our local store Wegmans, in Rochester NY. Any time I have used Jergen lotion with glycerine it will stay on my body till I take shower next day no matter what work I do but without it , jergen won’t last even for 2 hrs..this is a proven experiment by me before even I was a fan of Dr Vivek Joshi… I use this one drop of glycerine on my hand with each scoop / each pump squeeze of Jergens, face creams, any home remedies for facial or body creams, as well as I use it in hair conditioner bottle about half tsp of 6.7 fl oz even if I see that there is glyceryl stearate in ingredients listed.. . This AURA CASIA BRAND 4 fl oz, is also available on Amazon but it’s little expensive than the stores.. I hope I answered you what u need.. take care🙏🙏🙏

I completely agree with u. Every winter I take a spray bottle n add 60 % glycerin n 40% rose water. Use that all over my body 2 hrs b4 bed. N I don't face the problem of dry skin, strawberry legs n all.

Hello doctor, I had a doubt. Once you said about hyaluronic acid, that since it's a humectant , it pulls water from within the skin itself to make the skin appear hydrated temporarily, but in the long run this harms the skin. Then if glycerine is a humectant too, does it cause any harm in the long run too? Or is it safe as it reaches the dermis layer?

I read that sunflower oil can work for that. I have strawberry legs too, official name is Keratosis Pilaris. I'm going to buy some sunflower oil and try it. Good luck to you hope it works for you and for me too!☺️
