KAYLYNN'S SAN-HO-ZAY - Kaylynn Gropp (original funky bass jam)

Kaylynn is a longtime bass student of mine, and this performance is somewhat a crowning achievement.
What originally planned to be a group project with two students jamming to the Freddie King classic, turned into a bass tour de force by exclusively by Kay.
Details: we created an original bassline or solo to each 12 bars in C following the I, IV, V progression. We incorporated the blues scale, chromatic lines, flurries, arpeggios, etc.
...and we had SERIOUS fun.
Super job, Kaylynn. Bass instructor: very, very proud.
