Nice ! You almost beat your old segmented run ! :O I had a run on pace for 2:35 the other day, that died miserably on episode 6, so I think it can go quite a bit lower. I'll try to get back into it soon ^^
Actually the segmented run is timed without loads (the actual loading screens after skipping cutscenes), so if you would do the same to this run it would easily beat it. Although it would be nice to beat it RTA as well. Kind of weird with the loads though, I wonder how much they differ depending on hardware. The Autosplitter gave a loadless time of 2:34:55, although it's probably not perfect, since it also removes loads during cutscenes, even though skipping the cutscene should be part of the time, but it's still an indication.

Also, small thing I never mentioned anywhere, but at 0:42 if you spam Enter, you can skip the second part of the hitchhiker cutscene, saves like 1s :)
Also for the "dodging" tutorial, you don't actually have to dodge anything, just wait for the "press shift +..." prompts, and then press shift
