PUNMPKIN i think that whatever your intent is, you shouldn’t say the n-word. I’m from a country, where not much people care about it, and when i was younger i would say it, cause i didn’t know the history behind it. My intent wasn’t to hurt somebody, i just was uneducated. And, i believe, the singer here is in the same situation. It just makes me sad and angry, that ableism or saying the nword is mentioned in songs, cause no one told me that it’s not okay and i just heard someone else say it, and repeated. even if a black person, or a person with disability didn’t hear it, it was not okay for me to say it. This song has been recorded a while ago, and it might not be so relevant for worrying about it now, it’s not for me to decide tho.
