I know you said keep comments to yourself but this will help. The acne you have is from hair oils which come from your pillow case if you don’t wear a bonnet. What you can do is change your pillow case after 3 or 5 days ( preferably 3) use a cleanser morning and evening then hydrate. You will see a difference with a week or two. Trust me I am dermatologist (okay I will be getting my degree in May) but I still studied it
