Hi Neil, is a failover to active HA pair possible if one HA pair fail.
Note: the cluster is built using two HA pairs.

Hi Suresh, Failover only works between controllers in an HA pair, for example controller 1 can fail over to its HA peer controller 2, but not to controller 3 or 4. The system is built to have no single point of failure. HTH, Neil
