All the lovely gift shops (and doggy images on decor gifts too) & all the wonderous huge statues and bear carvings. I imagine you and the family have so many so many beautiful moments & memories together....& that you all shared in all those yummy food treats on offer. The music style with the banjos is a style that originated from the folk in these mountains (Smoky/ Appalachian Mountains). It is upbeat and joyful and a rich part of this region’s culture … it is called Bluegrass. I admit I am a sucker for small town charm. I greatly appreciate when people take the time to beautify the surroundings with the natural elements, local art, and culture. It brings me so much joy 🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻. We did have to cut our trip short by a day, due to a hurricane/tropical storm that had the potential to stall over my little neck of the coastline and dump record amounts of rain. We also did not want to risk driving through it. We wound up being very fortunate in my immediate area, as in the middle of this tropical storm rotation was a dry air mass, that prevented us from receiving the forecasted 20 plus inches (51 cm) of rain over about 3-4 days…though we did get wet. Unfortunately, other areas were and will be devastated. Grateful for my area, praying for all impacted 🙏🏻. 🌻🌻🌻Sending you much Love, Joy, and Sunshine 🌻🌻🌻
