Placenta Praevia

Placenta Praevia is when the placenta implants in the lower segment of the uterus. Patients may present with bleeding usually after 20 weeks of pregnancy, referred to as antepartum haemorrhage. I discuss complications, diagnosis and management of placenta praevia in this video.
