Wow...thanks for the sharing, Daniel! You've given me a clearer picture of the cash flow statement.
Watching you analyze financial reports is making me see businesses differently. I'm buying businesses, not buying stocks. That is a huge shift in mindset.
Thanks a lot, Daniel! Again, looking forward to more of your videos and also your upcoming course! I'd definitely be your first customer ! :D

You're very welcome and I am glad to hear that :) And yes, we invest in businesses here, not stock prices. The financials of the company can tell you soooo much about the people running it. It's very important to look into the company

I don't normally comment on videos but I want to show my appreciation as so much has been learnt here. Not just about what each line means, but you've explained a strategy on how to pick a healthy company to invest. I've mainly been investing in mutual funds, but have recently started looking at individual stocks. So I thought that I should equipt myself in knowing how to read income statement, balance sheets and cashflow statements if I were to properly do my due diligence. I've just gone through 5 videos so far and your video makes the others look like amateurs. Because I'm a noob, it took me 40 minutes to fully understand the details but I was immensed.
    Thank you!

Great video as always, Daniel. The only thing i had trouble working my head around was on the change of working capital. I get that any new capital, whether it comes from sales of a fixed asset or taking on new debt means that the company has more capital to work with. Allthough it became confusing with "Working capital = Current assets - current liabilities". From this formula it seems that the only 3 ways of getting a positive number on the change of working capital is to 1. Increase the current assets, 2. Decrease the current liabilities or 3. Both 1 and 2. Visa versa in getting a negative number on the change of working capital. But in this video you stated that "So when we see a positive change in working capital, it means that delta either took on more debt or sold a fixed asset to generate more money." Which contradicts the formula "Working capital = Current assets - current liabilities." It is probably just me who is missing something and i'd like to find out what that is. Please shed some light on what is wrong with my train of thought! Many thanks!

The biggest secret in profiting from forex is by getting a varified trader who really understands the market to trade for you while you take zero risk of losing or blowing your account... inexperienced and inconsistency kills alot of amateur traders hopes.. I personally earn $10,000 every week trading just because someone who understands the market really well is in charge of my trades.... I'm happy to share my success to Mr Donald has a reliable and consistent trader.. he's a genius.

Thank-you for your content Daniel. I have a lot of experience as a technical trader in the Forex market, which I really like to trade, but always have been hesitant getting into stocks because of the fundamentals. Your videos have changed that, and now I am getting into stocks, but still fall back on entries based on technicals once I find a company with good fundamentals. Cheers from Vancouver Island, and thank-you. Thumbs up and subscribed.

Thanks Daniel for this video. Wondering if you would ever consider doing a series where you would take one stock at a time and go through and analyze the financials. Thanks.

Thanks Daniel for such good videos about how to read financial statements. Could you please make a video o give a tip out about how to exactly identify an overvalued company in comparison with an undervalued company? So it would make the company more attractive to buy, something similar to your video about intel and AMD . Thank you so much!!! Keep up the good work!!!
