If I was the operator I would've lower the blade onto the trailer edge and then reverse back, jus' so that the front blade won't slam down hard onto the trailer. That's from my experience with my own dozer and low-boy trailer.
ya that low boy or float looks like garbage anyways probably all cracked underneath from slaming like that this would not fly to much in north america it does but not often
Well that was just not how you do it cylinders had lots of pressure on them and at the end he didn't even try to put the blade down and be easy and he didn't give a shit about the trailer and then it pops up and says on the next video how to load it. Well I'm not even gonna watch that. And I'm pretty sure that there was a bank that was close enough in height that he could have backed the trailer up to and been tons easier on the dozer and the trailer. Some people don't give a shit bc it's not theirs. You would think in a 3rd world country they would baby equipment and stuff like that bc one it takes forever to get parts if you can get them. I bet it took them 6 months or more to get that dozer and then just about break a cylinder in the back as he is unloading it. Wow kids this is not how you do it. Do not learn anything from this video other than that is the wrong way to do this. Smh wow.
Hmmm....It worked, but I hardly think I would to that on a regular basis....especially that sure-up with failing to lower th blade at the last minute. All-in-all, I've definitely seen worse
Those rear hydraulic cylinders were not engineered to carry all that downward weight. Their seals and lifespan will be compromised. Also, the same applies to the front hydraulics and the trailer? This is not the way to unload.
silly me, I thought the "operator" was going to lift rear enough to hold tractor level, lower blade enough take that weight off, then have truck pull forward till front of tractor can be lowered, then let it all down easy.. but no, we must see if we can destroy the old lowboy.
Jeez I wouldn't trust that guy with tricycle. If there's no ramp on the trailer just back it up to an elevated area like a step n reverse the dozer slowly... The step acts as a ramp
Look at the pressure on that ripper. Too much. If ya ain't got the money for the proper shit, leave it the fuck alone and go to work for the guy who HAS the stuff to do the job.
The driver did well, but is inexperienced. The guy between the tractor and the hill side should not be there. The safety officer will not be happy. They will be doing tool box talks three times a day.
More like how not to.. If you don't care about the truck and trailer. Find a hill or higher level of dirt. Back into it... Im sure it'll be easier than that
Truck driver standing in harms way guy on tractor is just not good but nobody would be watching this had it been in the USA but always some third world that these silly videos originate
This is a stupid question that I am about to ask. Why would you put all of that stress on one end of the Dozier when in fact that it would have taken two minutes to attach the ramps? Most trailers today come with the ramps already attached so I am trying to figure out what are you trying to prove? You keep doing that and eventually you are going to overstress that boom and it will fail.
No that's not how to do it. He got close. Put blade down backup then ease front down or put 2 large blocks down so front will rest on them. These cats aren't indestructible you have to be careful.
That's ruins a trailer it chews the side rail off most lowboys aren't made to side load I worked 13 years at fontaine specialized trailer plant seen a many tore up from side loaded aren't made to do that
No big deal there , done that heaps of times, even over the sides in the early days, he is very uncoordinated in his movements, probably not done it before.
I thought the secret might be those patio lanterns hanging from the cab
That's got to be his first hour of his first day of ever being on a piece of heavy equipment ever.
If I was the operator I would've lower the blade onto the trailer edge and then reverse back, jus' so that the front blade won't slam down hard onto the trailer. That's from my experience with my own dozer and low-boy trailer.

I think letting the front down could of went a lot better
2 blocks would help , or lower the blade to the trailer ,to ease it down.
.
Two blocks of wood is all you need.
More like how to destroy a trailer!
The dude over by the bank had nowhere to run if that woulda went bad.......
how 'not' to do that is more like it.....
How to fuck up your trailer, class 101
Wow nice video
Done in Thailand every day. No big deal.
I got news for ya Jack, Caterpillars aren't painted gray
ya that low boy or float looks like garbage anyways probably all cracked underneath from slaming like that this would not fly to much in north america it does but not often
Fantastic
Cada uma, a lâmina naquela altura!
Should of lowered the blade at 2:10 diaper head
Close but NO cigar.
poor trailer
Well that was just not how you do it cylinders had lots of pressure on them and at the end he didn't even try to put the blade down and be easy and he didn't give a shit about the trailer and then it pops up and says on the next video how to load it. Horable he droped the front 3' and could of used the blade
Can't be good for those hydraulic canisters or rods.
Its a dumb way to unload a dozer.
Brilliant😲😲😲😲
Good Grief!
My dog can do that
check out the channel for more videos)
fraco demais
Brasil???

This joker would have been eating his lunch on his way home @7:10am had he been working for us..
This is also the fastest way to mess up the springs and suspensions on your trailer you should have found a berm
JUS back up to hill or side of BANK or dirt pile.
How to beat up trailer with no ramps
Hmmm....It worked, but I hardly think I would to that on a regular basis....especially that sure-up with failing to lower th blade at the last minute.
All-in-all, I've definitely seen worse

Also a good way to snap the tip off a ripper tyne with all that backwards stress.
Just cause you can, don't mean you should
Obviously didn't know what he was doing. I could load and unload that dozer by the time it took him just to unload.
good work🎉amazing operetor
Slam down on that trailer.
Was all good, then all of a sudden, there go the tail lights!...lol
Beginner obviously. He was afraid of it and had no idea what to do.
If you didn't pay for the machine, you don't care how it's treated.
Se tivesse abaixado mais a lamina tinha saido perfeito.o desembaque.
Those rear hydraulic cylinders were not engineered to carry all that downward weight. Their seals and lifespan will be compromised. Also, the same applies to the front hydraulics and the trailer? This is not the way to unload.
Starting good but the end,,be putting stuffs so that it does not hit directly on the low bed carrier
Please cuscrib my chenel

No clue what I’m talking about but purely from a mechanical sympathy point of view it didn’t look great
Es que c'est pour éloigner les mauvais esprit les quatre sacs multicolore ???

that was horrible. Should have raised the ripper way before. cool way to destroy equipment, thou....
Lmao he doesnt even know up or down on his ripper LMAO .wow dem skillz LMAO
Nice way to fuck up the trailer, get hurt, and fuck up a bulldozer. What the hell are the decorations on that thing? Where is this!
Na próxima vez vc abaixa a lâmina antes de iniciar o procedimento
Once you get your cat over center on the ripper just put it in neutral and lift up the ripper and it will come down very gently.
If you would have lowered the blade to the trailer you could have rolled off gently... amateur...
Dude is scared shitless. Lol just drive it off it aint gonna hurt you or the machine
Come on guys, this is just silly - people get killed this way. Instead build a ramp out of dirt or use a hill.
d Null
Thats the dozer that will build the ramp lol
How not to treat the machine and the trailer. I bet he wouldn't do that were it his equipment.
Don't let ur ass draw up just go u can't be scared or u will never load or unload one
This is a stupid question that I am about to ask. Why would you put all of that stress on one end of the Dozier when in fact that it would have taken two minutes to attach the ramps? Let's see him put it back ON the trailer without ramps!!!
We have video for that too!
wsfd4321 would need a skid plate for ripper
monte waddell 😋
@@LYEARTHMOVERS put it on please i would like to see that one!!!
As long as the operator was wearing a seatbelt it isn't that dangerous.
Definitely not the way to unload a dozer. The blade shouldn't be that high up, especially when it comes down, and slams into the lowboy.
إنزال الشفره الامايه حتى تمتص الصدمه .وتخفف من الاضرار
The last bit of the video with the big bang was no good he should have put the blade down never mind
billy jenkins h
This is not an experienced operator.
How not to unload a dozer.
no final da operação fez cagada , tinha que apoia lamina na carreta e abaixar aos pouco.
Pelo jeito vc manja né
So you have evolved and now you don't run around in a dress
Congratulations you have arrived
😂. Harsh. truth hurts
I guess that is one way to break stuff I mean unload stuff

I wouldn't trust that operator with a shovel.
Yeh, he's fuckin brutal
You screwed up you called him an operator.lol
But im with you on not letting him use a cheble.lmao
Are them sack of potato s alk arround the top. ...wtf
How to break something expensive in 3 easy steps......
I like heavy equipment. very good . Thank you from Japan.
Whats the Metter..................................
No that's not how to do it. He got close. Put blade down backup then ease front down or put 2 large blocks down so front will rest on them. These cats aren't indestructible you have to be careful.
My uncle was a plant operator. He always unloaded/loaded sideways. No ramps in those days.
Kopfjäger n
Yeah but far different low loaders yrs ago..
That's ruins a trailer it chews the side rail off most lowboys aren't made to side load I worked 13 years at fontaine specialized trailer plant seen a many tore up from side loaded aren't made to do that
good job, greetings from Indonesia chanel🙏
That can't be good, in many ways.
That little trailer was way overloaded . a D 7 g would be close to max for it
Lol! I'm done waiting here ya go!!
Top top 👏👏🚧🚜
Máquinas pesadas Caetano Silva thanks for supporting bro.!
Cat dozer
How not to unload dozer without ramp!!
It is a good heavy machine. They are cool. I enjoyed the video.
Driver not very good at this at all,.
Yup, damaged or broken he's not paying for them...
The worst abuse of equipment
Putting a lot of pressure on those cylinders in the back!!!
O desembarque seria perfeito , se operador tivesse abaixado lâmina do trator assim o mesmo apoiou sobre solo.
Carinha ruim aí da makina hein
But why was he not dropping the front bucket??
Damn that's a newbie out there
Mala maniobra pudo ser más técnico en ella
Proper trailer should have foldable ramps.
No big deal there , done that heaps of times, even over the sides in the early days, he is very uncoordinated in his movements, probably not done it before.
Who taught Osama to run our military's equipment is my question.
good driver bulldozer
Nothing fancy here.
