We live! We Breathe! We Are! The School of Art & Design at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. One of the largest public art schools in the Midwest, SOAD prepares individuals for leadership and professional careers in visual art, design, and graphics. I’m a Stout graduate & Menomonie native. Although retired, I can honestly say that the enormous success I achieved in my career was due in a huge part to my undergraduate training at UW Stout. It is such a unique experience - world class in my opinion. I competed against individuals from other schools with very prominent names & always stood out as the best candidate. Stout proud forever!
