I live in Canada and it's been HOT over here... but today and yesterday were a little cooler than it's been 🥵. Beautiful video, Mary! Thank you for sharing all you do in your videos! HI MARY, it’s Lauren! We made it…been out of power for 5 days, just got it back Friday, BUT, then, NO INTERNET! 😢 We are all safe, was quite the ordeal, no a/c, but ya find a way to get through it. Also, we will be getting quotes on a Generac for our home. Do yall have one, a home generator? Girl, I agree with you on the “diet” situation! Glad you enjoyed your burger 🍔! Morning Lauren! My goodness 5 days?! Was all of Houston affected? I’m glad you and the family are safe. Chuck bought a generator one year for a hurricane and we never used it. The next year another big hurricane hit and he pulled it out and it didn’t work. Ugh it was sad because it was brand new and never been used. That was $1,000 down the toilet.

@@Marycattientippins Husband went and bought a regular generator, like one that uses gas to run it. Maybe you could ask Chuck, who builds homes, because he is the PERFECT person to ask, what he thinks about home generators. Those are ones that run off your gas line, like Generac. They run part or your whole home if the power goes out.
Yes, the WHOLE Houston area has been affected by, a lot of the area STILL has no power. Sad!

Hi Mary, it’s been in the high 90’s here in NJ all week- it drains me out! Just be careful with the vinegar cleaner- I thought it wasn’t good for granite-

I keep and wash my cleaning cloths separately too- can’t imagine washing them with the clothes.

Yes vinegar is good for cleaning some things, like windows, but not granite. I always used Weimans granite cleaner and polish, and once a year- Weimans granite sealer. Now I use Zep 2 in 1 granite cleaner and polish and like it a lot.

Wow that's a lot of dedication to spy on the garbage truck just to not miss it 😮 I've clicked the like button even before start watching the video just with that thumbnail 😅 I've loved the camera angle at 4:25 as we could see your interaction with the sanitation worker and your trash being dumped in it 😊 And I've never thought using shein bags for bathroom trash, not a bad idea when you have millions of them. I just cumulate them as I find them to be the most practical bags around with the zipper, but I don't need that much 😂
I can be lazy sometimes so I stuffed my empty Shein bags in this little basket right underneath my vanity, which is right next to my bathroom. So when I need a little trash bag, I use the bag😁 I talking to my Trash guy! He’s pretty amazing. However, today, I was sad to see that there was a truck that had a machine to pick up the trash. I hope to goodness they don’t take away my trash guys! Whatever you do this weekend have a great time, my friend. And thank you so much for the support and sweet comments.💕

Its in the 70s here in northern ohio because the remnants of beryl came through yesterday. Tomorrow though will be hot because im flying to Montgomery, AL in the morning for a family reunion
