More does not mean stronger. The games get harder down the rankings because bad decks are filtered out (Bad decks are stuck at rank 20 because they lose too mush) and only the best decks are left.

Volber Kappa is actually still ok to me- as it's merely used to express sarcasm (or should be anyway) whereas the skipp the kripp joke is ... well... let's just say about freaking everything else is funnier.

it wasn't even a minute into the video and i had to pause it to open hearthstone and make this deck. very cool.
If you use a Shrink guy and steal an Emperor with Shadow Madness; do you get the buff before returning him?

This is the first video I've ever watched past the commentary in the beginning and the only reason I watched the gameplay is because for once it's on a deck that is genuinely unique and I've never seen anyone play one like it before.
I swapped out 1 Knife Juggler for a Kezan Mystic. Things seem to be working very well against all match-ups now. Hunters and Mages seem to dominate the landscape. It feels great when I slam that card down and they concede.
I love drakonid crusher in aggressive decks. Its a good feeling having a win cemented turn 6 with a big beefy creature.
That first warrior game.... Holy shit those draws, 2 firey war axes, 2 executes, 2 battle rages, warsong, grim patron, emp thar, and whirlwind all in the first 8 turns... that's the best that deck can possibly get.
Hey Kripparrian, this is Guys. It's going great.
Took out a knife juggler and added a recombobulator, works like a gem, going 9/1 with it so far. Crushed mech and tempo mages, face hunts (lost to one but tbh he had a ridiculous hand and luck), grim patron warrior, demon locks... So yeah, so far so good !
Just tried it out, minus a Knife Juggler because I only have one. Added Big Game Hunter and won my first game. I've been looking for a fun priest deck and this is exactly it. THANK YOU, KRIPP.

Hey Krip, have been using this deck at the top end of the ladder all morning and it has been crushing it. I really think this deck can make legend easy
I thought about making a Dragon Priest since BRM was released. When I saw the Whelp I Immediately thought about making a Zoo/Dragon Priest and my list was very similar to yours. The sinergy between the Sorcerer and the cheap target spells of priest is amazing, expecially PWS. Good job, this deck is both good enough to win games and funny to play.
Wow have tried this on ladder for 10+ games now and it really works!
Since I don't have some of the cards in the list, I've been using this cheaper alternative:
- 2 light of naaru
- 2 knife juggler
- 1 shadow madness
- 1 cabal shadow priest
+ 1 mind blast
+ 2 shadow word pain
+ 1 echoing ooze
+ 2 piloted shredder
Tried zombie chow as well but didn't work out as the aim of the deck is to get your opponent under 15 life so them Crushers can be played and become soft taunt minions :D
Shadow word pain helps ensure early game domination in a similar fashion though. Mind blast is a good finisher (with all the spell damage in the deck) and ooze synergises well with Velen's chosen too (turn 5 double 3/6 for 5 mana anyone?)
Piloted shredder is OP. The Doctor Boom of 4 drops :P
Sooooooo fun to surprise opponents with an aggro priest deck when they've almost always mulliganed for a long game against priest.

You've probably looked at a lot of dragon type decks but I wanted to propose one. Dragon rouge or the catchier name I gave it, Drogue. I use gallywix as my only legendary with azures, volcanics, and all the synergy cards. It loses pretty consistently to control decks but I haven't tested it extensively. If you explored it a bit that would be awesome. It's a fairly cheap deck as well so I thought it fit the theme of this video pretty well. Keep up the vids yo!

I've been trying out a personal version of this deck, but right from the start I was shocked that you decided to use a knife juggler instead of say... Recombobulator?
You have the madness as well so I felt like it was the obvious choice, and for me, its been working wonders.
Great video and deck though, and its nice to see more people trying their luck with dragons on priest :D

This is a pretty amusing statement because of how true it is. However, there's the odd occasion where someone has a quasi unique deck. (eg where you play against a freeze mage with malygos instead of the typical alex combo)
I've just spent the last week trying to get preist to work, and then kripp comes along with this. All my hard work... My deck seems to counter the same things as kripps though
At last! Priest dragon deck is my favorite deck for like a month now. Dont really play much on ladder, but percentage of cool and interesting games with this deck is incredibely high. And as Kripp said it works well too.

I've put 1 Death and Dr Boom instead of one Knife Jugler and one Drakonid. I climbed from rank 8 to rank 2 in 1 and a half hour. Lost only 2 matches, one for oil rogue and one for flood mage (the one with the flameshit).
I replaced the jugglers with gilbin stalkers, the jugglers don't work here and I couldnt get anything to stay on the board. The otherside is that this deck relies on buff cards so silence is a killer, and high health low attack dont trade well. Droped a fearie dragon for another nova, one isnt enough to come back from a aggro
I found that Vol'jin was pretty good in this kind of deck, since you pretty much always have something on the board to clean up whatever the warchief couldn't finish. My version of this deck is a little slower though, might not work as well with this.
11:48 Haha, you would have been able to shrinkmeister - cabal (after using light of the naru) to steal his grom and trigger it using the ghoul he would have in place of the slam. 10/10 pressure
if you dropped some of the control stuff for like injured blademaster and resurrect you would have a little more early game speed/combos.

'for some reason' - twilight whelp is best 1 drop with a drag in hand.
Just went from rank 18 to rank 13 with only 1 loss, and 3 unranked wins. I met 1 mirrored match. I can say this deck works really well right now in the lower ranks, specially be cause people don't expect this sort of deck from a priest.

Brutal that he played shrink as a 3/2. The following turn he could have healed grommash to remove the enrage, shrunk it and then stolen it.
I would add Holy Smite, benefits greatly from 4 spell damage cards and helps early game.

Ok, thanks for posting this...cuz I've been trying to build a fast aggro priest dragon deck, but just kept hesitating to put in the faerie dragons because, well you just cant buff them. Now I see i've been thinking it all wrong. Also.. couldn't you use crazed alchemist to swap health/attack to use with Cabal shadow priest?

Light of the Naaru, Shrinkmeister, Cabal Shadow Priestess would have been such a sweet move on that Grom in the first game. Too bad he wasted the shrinkmeister the turn before. I hate when I misplay and miss an epic play like that.
At 12:13 if he would've kept his shrinkmeister he would've been able to steal grommash. Crazy missplay >. Heal grommash for 3

I played a few games with this deck. It doesn't work very well. My problem is the card draw is either way too much or way too little. On the plus side I almost always have a dragon in my hand to combo with other cards.
I would like to play more Priest, but I lack two important cards - and they're the only two cards I'm missing from THIS build: Shadow Madness and Cabal Shadow Priest. I just crafted a Shaman legendary, so I'm out of dust. Are there any worthwhile substitutes for these cards, or must I focus my dust on them to succeed?

I wake up in the morning rushing to my laptop switching it on and then writing "nl" on the browser bar click Kripparino and he's live playing arena with mage. I go to the kitchen to bring some water and tea and look at chat and see BabyRage Lever Nucky BabyRage and PJSalt I'm fulfilled :)

At 11:40, if Kripp hadn't played shrinkmeister, he could have stolen garrosh with light warden, shrinkmeister, cabal. Such a shame to see a play like that not materialise due to Kripp unnecessarily playing a second 3-2.

dragonkin sorcerer isn't really a dragon deck card, it is for a buff deck, that said it works here.
Any thoughts on running sylvanas instead of the Cabal and a Recomb + Shadow Word Death instead of the Knife Jugglers?
2 questions:
What if you removed both Light of the Naru for 2 Shadowbombers
What if you removed Cabal for a second Holy Nova

I think in Hearthstone they should bring a orgre class out and mostly with the class and cards most of them have a 40 or 50% chance to attack a random target and possibly even your own, with a ogre class I think it is a awesome idea because their could be a weapon which could deal a lot of damage like ghorehowl but have a 50% chance to attack your or enemy heroes face.

I got to legend with my kind of anti aggro priest deck which had a winrate of like 60% against patron warrior (Auchenai circle/Ligthbomb + Deathlords can pull out combo peaces (actually happened often)) AND druid. even control warrior was with 1 copy of thoughtsteal and the "outvalue"/aoe potential beatable. (horrible against handlock though) I did not rly had any problems with combo decks even though my goal was to defeat zoos and hunters (which obviously worked as well)
Would be interested to see this deck played in a more competitive setting.
like it.. but would use crazed alci's instead of juggler's.. should work well with cabal, shrink and somtimes madness.. over all enhance the chance if you have board control to get value trades..
Why not a 3/2 Ooze to destroy weapons as a 2-drop? Might try this out. Priest is already gold though, so I hardly play it.

I have tried similar deck with good results.
But I have replaced the juggler with two shadowboxesr, they cause the same effect and fit better with hero power.
And removed one light of naaru for word of death, You will need some to deal with Mr Boom, everybody is using it now.
I believe ozee is much better 2 cost minion because you most of the time we'll run into classes with weapons. and I think that minions with 2- attack doesn't offer much tbh
Drop jugglers for sunfury protectors. huge synergy with velens buffed minions and stops patrons
kripp i dont know if you read these comments or not but switch the knife jugglers out for youthful brew master so you can get more value out of your corrupters and cabal shadow priest.
Isn't pyromancer better than juggler? It's good anti aggro and against classes like paladin. Also it benefits from the buffes of the deck. I mean at least it is there for a reason, whereas the juggler feels lunch or subpar and placeholdery

Dragonkin sorcerer sounds way too epic to be a random 4 mana chump.
i found this out after i got the first couple wings. i have almost no legends or dragons, but i tried it anyway and i won a ton of games with my measly no-synergy dragons.
That game wasn't ranked, was it? It seems weird to me saying this deck is quite decent playing it unranked, if that is the case mind you. It looks fun in anyway :)

I'd replace Crusher with Volcanic because so many trades are made especially with Madness. Whatever works for you though

Yesterday, to complete two 60 gold missions for priest I created a similar deck. It went 6-0 easily
If you are on a budget? Wht about all the BRM wings you have to unlock? That stuff isn't cheap.
Alright this needs to be said; after turn 74 its not fucking topdecking anymore, he just drew a card. The statistical chance to draw a card is so dam high at that point he didnt get "lucky" in fact Kripp got lucky it took him til he had 10 mana to even get a grim patron combo out. I'm referring mostly to 21:53 and the subsequent bitching about topdecks that came after that. Kripp, you're entertaining to watch, but man you are the embodiment of PJSalt.
Wouldn't it have been better at the end if you summoned the dragon first and if it hit Grommash to just clear him. That way you retain some board control in the case the Knife Juggler doesn't hit face and he ends up having something good to play on their next turn...
At 11:36, why didn't you shadow madnes the warsong commander, play the minions, attack the hero and trade the commander?

I was tinkering with Priest and didn't have success around rank 4. Watched your video and based it around your philosophy and climbed up with it. Making the deck around midgame dragon instead of lategame. I'm around rank 3, but I made 1 modification, I dropped a Deathwing in. It a dead card most the times, but it work as a tech card if I can't finish enemy early, and this is a deck that run out of steam for me. (Probally luck issue). Dropped Drakonoid for DR Boom and Sylvanas as well. I know it was supposed to be midrange, but it's kind of like Zenx hunter, better with 1-2 big minions for me.
On one thing though, Firey war axe is annoying as fk as warrior almost 100% draw that every game. :I
As cheap as Face Hunter, except you need 3.5k gold for all Blackrock wings and only need 700 for Quickshot :(...
