- Fox 5's entertainment reporter, Kevin McCarthy (@KevinMcCarthyTV), sat down with Oprah Winfrey, Reese Witherspoon, Mindy Kaling, Chris Pine, Ava Duvernay, Storm Reid and GuGu Mbatha-Raw to talk about A WRINKLE IN TIME.
Such a lovely cast! Gugu seems like such a wonderful, friendly person. Poor Chris probably needs like a vacation- he's been so busy
peachlily22 he's still filming and production will head right into March in Hawaii, then he still has that spy film and maybe wonder woman 2 and also not to forget the RFK project. I guess vacation next year perhaps.

CJ's Life wonder woman 1st is based on mythology of greek gods second it's based on a comic book. So there is heaps of ways to bring him back. One being diana could find away to visit the underworld and she brings him back but has to let him go again at the end.
The steve trevor in this film could be a doppelganger for her steve trevor a decedent of him.
It could just be flashbacks.
Ares could comebacks as steve trevor he could find away to free himself from the underworld iin the body of steve trevor. Which is my favorite idea because it would be a really emotional scene that she would have to kill the man she loves to set him free but this time she gets to say goodbye.
Oh yes, Chris Pine , you are Captain Kirk and Steve Trevor now, so... yeah.... Awwww Gugu felt bad hearing what he went through in High school
Always keep in mind before judging people in interviews that this interview isn't the only one or even the 1st one of the day. There is multiple interviews throughout the day and going to be right up to the films release. The actors constantly get asked the same questions over and over again, if that was me i wouldn't cope, but that's just me i hate repeating myself over and over.
Most actors don't go through a hell of alot of press so they seem more chipper in these interviews where as the ones that go through it regularly the glammer and excitement left the building along time ago. Lols
So just keep in mind imagine sitting in a small room for hours upon hours being asked the same uninteresting questions it would soon get on your nerves.

To be fair, most invterviewers ask the same boring questions... He's pretty sick of it, I guess. There were very few interviews in which he actually seemed in any way interested (maybe for WW), guess it's just not really a fun thing to do all day...
THE SUN IS BURNING WHITE PEOPLE OFF THE PLANET LOL He does give some of the most intelligent responses though. Unlike most celebrities who give the same expected answers he usually gives a good thought provoking analysis of the film he's promoting.

Chris looks exhausted. I think he might be stretching himself a little too thin with all the film projects he's been involved with lately. Still he never fails to give good, honest, intelligent answers. (Frankly I would rather listen to him than Oprah.)

Operah wasnt half bad in this. Chris made it loads better. The acting was ok overall... I love Gugu!!
I thought this film was cute. Great effects. Kind of dissapointing that Storm is going from such a wholesome movie to a show about sex and drugs, plays Zendaya's sister, but everyone has their career choices I guess

Glad I'm not the only one who noticed this! I mean she completely stole the spotlight at the D23 expo. I don't think Chris Pine even got a chance to speak because of her(unless it was just cut from the videos I watched). She is just so self-absorbed!

I agree that the diversity argument is getting a little old. Frankly I could care less about race just as long as the person cast does the role justice. It really shouldn't matter.
@@silverstarlightproductions1292 It's nice that skin color doesn't matter to you. Unfortunately that is NOT the case in Hollywood. And that needs to change (and thankfully IS more and more!). White, black, brown, purple- it shouldn't matter. All the colors of the rainbow should be equally represented, on-screen and off, period!
