This feels... like the perfect way for the reveal to happen... it’s so beautiful. Its slow paced and Marinette describing how she would be willing to fall in love with the side that Adrien keeps hidden away all over again... it’s so perfect 🥺

While the character designs seem a little... off model, they're very expressive (moreso that than the original show IMO) and they kinda grow on me. But I gotta admit, what really does it for me is seeing/hearing Adrien/Chat's "Oh my god... Oh my god!" reaction. I dunno why it is, but for me, seeing the guy being reduced to tears out of sheer emotion seems so much more powerful than the same thing happening to the girl. And considering the extent to which Adrien bottles his emotions up 99% of the time, the reaction here (if the story were canon) would have been very, very cathartic for him.

Part of the problem with Adrien is that he is severely depressed and it gets in the way of figuring out his feelings for Marinette. She's only friend he pushed hard to make on his own; he doesn't fully understand that was because she is literally his other half. He hasn't had a really good example of a loving, caring family. He clearly longs for that. And that is why Marinette will put it together before he does. What she does after that? Probably wait patiently for him to come around to it.
This was beautiful! It made me feel so many emotions, it made me feel like I was the one confessing sitting next to Chat Noir with the wind grazing our faces. This reveal is one of my favorites on You tube.
