It is a little more than 12 year since Sendong and yet survivors still in the danger zones and those in the relocations still no security of tenure in their resettlements. I hope one of the senators has the kind heart to conduct an investigation why concern government agencies are so blind to see this pressing issue, if they consider the margenzlized people part of the people they promise to serve.

It's so nice to see lawyer-senators battling wits and brains with equally knowledgeable people from outside the halls of Congress. Indeed, the Senate should or must be manned by talented, law-knowlwgeable people to become a more effective guardian of people's democracy, not the likes of Lapids, Revillas, Robinhoods, and other clowns, who gets elected only bcoz they are famous (enough to say they were enticed only to the position bcoz they were used as magnets to attract votes for their benefactors), then sits at the Senate as mere spectators only. Can the halls of Senate take again another looming prospect in the person of Willy Revillame who now has the guts to declare his possible entry into the 2025 senatorial race, vs. the likes of law dean Chel Diokno who is less famous? Feel like this is one of the most urgent reason why a constitutional amendment is necessary to address this issue. My guess is, it is only in the Philippines where its constitution explicitly allows a Filipino citizen who is able to read and write only as a minumum requirement to become a President or Senator, but ironically has a law that strictly prohibits a non-college graduate to become a policeman, a jailguard, or even a fireman! Because sadly, PIRMA's advocacy is Parliamentary and removing the term limits. He and his group are already on the hit list of the Senate since way back in 1997, because of their advocacy. And also sadly, they end up as the House's front to push their goal for Parliamentary. And sadly, Mr. Oñate just simply proves right now that he cannot simply lead a genuine PI. His advocacy and honesty of his group is flawed.... The Correct Movement even though they had a similar advocacy as PIRMA, has much better leaders to contest their push for ChaCha

As you heard from the Pirma group, they were tasked to target crowds B & C at the behest of Tambi, and some of these sectors probably are not that proficient in the English language but still signed it anyway because of the lure of money as was promised to them. So, NO! it wasn't the will of the people. It was the will of some greedy politicians with hidden agendas.

People have the right to initiate Charter Change. It's good to talk about changes of 1987 Constitution that's making our country behind from Vietnam who was behind the Philippines before. Senate doesnt like Unicameral and want to be separate from Congress. Si Mr Oñate since 1998 pa advocacy yan he wants changes especially in Economic Reforms. 2024 na. Up to now rejected pa din. Bakit ba?? At bakit laging galit? Magtulungan tayong mga Pilipino paangatin Pilipinas!

Advocacy is not enough to pull it off... Karamihan sa atin gusto rin ng ChaCha, pero wala tayong connection. Wala tayong resources... You need to take note that if we want to pull it off we need to please the both houses... Mr. Oñate seeks the help of the House, however, he ended up as a guy left to be hanged by the Senate... Because sadly, PIRMA's advocacy is Parliamentary and removing the term limits. He and his group are already on the hit list of the Senate since way back in 1997, because of their advocacy. And also sadly, they end up as the House's front to push their goal for Parliamentary. And sadly, Mr. Oñate just simply proves right now that he cannot simply lead a genuine PI. His advocacy and honesty of his group is flawed.... The Correct Movement even though they had a similar advocacy as PIRMA, has much better leaders to contest their push for ChaCha
