I have so much respect for this man. He is not a victim. The black community needs more men like this. He is honest and caring. He wants everyone to live better lives.
Thank you, as always. This one resonated with me. These two young people had an intelligent and respectful dialog. He was even respectful to the heckler. The conversation was thoughtful and made me start thinking of how I live my life. Your commentary is always spot on. Thank you again. Keep doing it!
My family had nothing poor as shit .. we the people .. need to learn and grow up ... please America . Wake up . Personal .. I will always back you up .. nothing stronger than a volunteer
Just like an abused child or person, if you tell them they’re worthless, that they’ll never be loved or good enough, that they’ll never succeed, that they’ll always need you, that there is no point in them trying to do better, that child/person will start to believe those things. They will see themselves as less than, and they will continue in that cycle and they may even trauma bond to their abuser(s) and continue to want to stay in that cycle. People need to ask who benefits from keeping this narrative going, which people disagree with this narrative and are trying to stop others from believing it and spreading it to others, and how they themselves can get away from that abusive cycle.
I agree black slaves integration into American society was different. However approximately 1/3 to 1/2 of Europeans that came during Colonial era America, were indentured servants. Roughly 1/3 of the union army during the civil war were foreign born immigrants. Lots of different means of integration.
Officer Tatum is awesome 😎
I absolutely love him

We live in a world where being disrespectful because you believe you’re right, is justifiable
