      Root Chakra Meditation Is Good. Also Crown Heart Then Root. It Grounds The Emotions . But To Start Off With/ Root Meditation It’ll Help Calm Yourself From My Experience

      ​@krownchi5267 I agree, but if they've never meditated it may be best to start with guided meditations or simple deep breathing at first. For some people at least in my experience

    I love you’re videos but can you make sure you eliminate all of the typos in the captions before you publish the video you
    i like to read along as i listen for better innerstanding but when they’re typos it makes it a little more difficult
    other than that though the videos are great.. keep up the great work
