Nah, I disagree. In the DC universe anyone fighting Darkseid is usually super-powered, so making his instant-killing omega beams move unpredictably is more effective than a simple laser. But gameplay wise, the curved laser takes up most of the screen which is better.

well actually yeah, because zoning is using moves that prevent the enemy get closer and spam is knowing combos but not mixes for them

Just got the game a few days ago. As long as you've played other fighting games like mk11 or dbfz, the combos are easy to learn and feels great to do. Only problem is learning the frame data but that comes with picking up any new fighting game

Sort of, but he'd never pass for a pro player at some characters he plays. NRS games have a pretty easy character learning pattern (learn a mid cancel Kombo and then a low cancel Kombo). From there, just know what buttons to press for special moves, and what they do when amplified (launch, etc) and extend combos from there.
It's what kind of annoys me with these videos. If you notice, Super only ever does the same single tap knee with Darkseid, or the double-mid cancel combo into something else. Same goes for one of his other recent videos when he was playing Deadshot.
Not to say I'd beat him by any means, just giving incite as to how people can use every character with what looks like decent skill

I hate spammers! I was literally just playing mk11 and I beat this dude 6 times in a row. I only played Kung Lao and he played shao Kahn, skarlet,sub zero,and scorpion. Got mad, and then chose…Sheeva😑spammed.
