Thank you for sharing your planner. I am a planner geek. After seeing your video I found the scruffy little cat stamps on Joann Fabrics website and ordered six of them. They are so cute. I can't wait to get them. I will be checking out some of your other videos to hopefully learn more about colored pencils.
Love this video, can you maybe show how you do your coloring, from the stamps all the way to the end. I would love to be able to do that for my Hobonichi. I can draw and this would be perfect. Thanks.
I love the stamps. I am going to look into them and would love to start this in my brand new hobonichi ;-) I am going to have to check out your pen/pencil collection video. Thank you.
Jennifer, thanks! My Pencil Case video leaves out my colored pencils, but I'm considering a short fyi video. Consider digital stamp downloads...they're cheaper and quick. Greeting Farm has adorable digitals :)
Love the Monday morning image! Do you post images on Instagram of your coloring projects? I have a set of Prismacolor pencils I got a long time ago at Michael's that I have never used. You have inspired me to get them out. Enjoyed watching. Congratulations on reaching 1,000!!!
Darlene, thank you, thank you! I've updated and included my Instagram above. Do you have a blending pencil? I'm familiar with copics (they bleed through), but finding a blender for my pencils has made a real difference. Still learning!!
Jojos4eva YOU ROCK!!!!! A thousand thanks, you made this YT geek's day!! Ok, my family doesn't get it (Great, honey), but this is big stuff...y'all are my tribe ;)
Miss Nancy, I use a Memento Tuxedo Black ink pad. Important: give the image real time to dry, it is initially sticky on hobo paper. I have not tried Versamagic chalk ink yet, heard good things about that, though :)
I loved watching this video. I had purchased an A6 Hobonichi for next year, but now I'm wondering if I should re-think that. Do you carry your planner with you or does it stay at home? Also, which kind of Prang colored pencils did you use? There seem to be 2 kinds, one with a thick lead and one without.
You want the "regular core." And most definitely a prismacolor brand blending pencil...it makes an enormous difference in your result. Thank you heaps for watching and commenting :)
And I usually leave my Hobonichi A5 home. I'll take a field notes notebook and a Hobonichi Weeks (which notes appointments and work schedule only) in my bag.
Hi Jennifer, I used pieces of cut, torn, and distressed scrapbook paper and wrapping paper and wrapped them around the outside of the Orange cover. I used Graphic 45 Halloween in Wonderland paper, and the silver sorry paper is Spritz wrapping paper from Target. The inside is lined with a thin craft paper that I cut to size and glued in place, and I used two 12x12 sheets to do that. Thanks for asking! :)
I really enjoyed your coloring and your Hobonichi! Would love to see more videos from you! I was subscribed already, and glad that I did it! Check out my youtube channels on filofax and planners! I have several videos on decorating my filofax pages, and I had a lot of fun with it!
Clara!! You are a Planner Guru, thanks for stopping by, and your channel is one of my faves! Now that summer is over, I should have more time to film :)

(You can certainly cut and paste your first images into your planner, if you like them them you can invest in the rubber or clear stamps.)
Joltrast Pamela Bradley Thank you both for watching and commenting, I appreciate it :)
Loved it. I even bought some pencils after seeing your video.
This was a brilliant video.
Are all the stamps physically stamps ?
Michele Gaylor Thank you, I appreciate your comment! Please let me know if you'd like to see more :)

Beautiful colored pencil work!! Could I ask what ink pad you use for stamping?? Love your planner!! Thanks for sharing!

Thank you Scrapjoy! I'm going to try that!!! I have some of that ink! Again, loved your Hobo!!! Keeping on filming flips!!

I wanted to start stamping in my hobo but was afraid of bleed through. The tuxedo black doesn't bleed for you at all?
Kathy Dassaro It does. I journaled with a broad nib italic on the opposite side of most of the images, and so the bleed thru wasn't a prob for me ☺
How did you do the cover and inside of hobo with the craft paper. I am very interested.

Thanks
Linda--I do not have a blending pencil. Can you share what you use? I am now following you on Instagram. Thank you.
Darlene, sorry this took so long, I use a Prismacolor blending pencil, I bought a pack of two at Amazon. Worth the money.
