There are many DDPY options from routines that stay flat on your back, using a chair for aided balance, and up to workouts that professional athletes use. I am only 40 and I have lots of injury. Sometimes, I can’t move and professionals therapist and professionals trainers don’t want me, maybe it’s my solution.
DDP Im sending dudes(that veterans)video to my mom. She needs this.Im really worried about her. Broke her hip just had hip surgery.Cant lay in bed been sleeping in a recliner for weeks. her sugar spiked to the 400's cause shes not moving around.needs to take insulin shots everyday now takes her 1/2 hr to get to the bathroom.I just spoke with her on the phone. Told her about DDP yoga of course her response was i cant even walk how can i do yoga? She has to start somewhere.I dont know what to do she's all the way in Colorado & Im in Pennsylvania depression is setting in I can here it in her voice. I need to light a fire under her ass but how? she needs this brother i feel helpless.
Super. I would Love to try it myself. I have 4 discs in my back that's giving me problems and a hip . For over a month I couldn't hardly walk 10 feet. Then I bought the DDPY CDs and started using the in bed part of it. When I first started I couldn't raise my right leg up off the bed more than a inch. Then after I started using I could raise it up more and more. And I'm 300 pounds but slowly taking it down and now I can raise my leg all the way up
If you need a new guy for a before and after I'm in, I'm a great candidate, in the worst shape of my life and I look great when I'm healthy. Not that anyone sees these comments or cares about my wellbeing. It's all about money and I don't have any
