It's so stupid, she's singing about nyanka and chanko sounding similar, about being a famous manga artist, wanting to be a millionaire, and that her writing was so bad that she stopped writing a letter but that the part she was really upset about was that she hadn't even decided who she was gonna give it to. This song has such a chaotic energy.
