What happens if someone use a beat for free then somebody else purchases the beat? Do they get to copyright take down the person who used it before the purchase?
theoretically no because the exclusivity “starts” after the purchase, but it can definitely happen… all you have to do is just send proof of the leasing contract that you purchased to the platform that took your song down and it will be up again
