--- I wear the mask due to my Mast Cell and Immunodeficiency, it filters allergens and germs. Thanks to IVIG (a treatment for my immunodeficiency), I no longer need it as often as before. However, I still wear it in higher risk areas, such as hospitals/emergency rooms.

I really admire your tenacity to find answers, good doctors and advocating for yourself. To make that kind of journey even when you're in as much discomfort as you are. I have such respect and admiration for you, you wonderful woman, and just know that you are such a source of inspiration and strength to me when I find myself struggling on my own chronic illness journey.
Thanks to your can do-spirit I found the courage to keep looking for answers with my anaphylaxis when no one was willing to help me. I went back to a clinic where I’d had a horrible experience with one allergist previously but this time I saw another one and she was amazing and is now handling my case.
The whole night before the visit I was plying your vlogs for moral support.
What I’m trying to say with that, slightly long winded comment, is that you give so much to me, and scores of others I’m sure, so don't feel stressed about the info update. It’ll happen when it happens. ☺️
Just take your time, relax (as much as your body'll allow) and heal😘. We'll still be here 😊💗👋🏻🤗

The distant we will travel for a great doctor is well worth it. After 5 years in a new state, we I finally found a GP for my daughter that has experience with chronic illness and she cares. So glad you found this doctor and was able to push through to see him. Have a quiet and restful weekend. P.S. my daughter is awaiting her smart drive wheelchair. She is finally excited about getting out of the house.
Hey Jaquie! My brother and I got this new board game called Disney Villainous, and it's really fun. I don't know if you've heard of it or played it, but you play as a Disney Villain and you have to complete your mission first. I think you would really enjoy it, seeing as you love Disney so much. Hope you feel better soon!

So sorry you're feeling so bad. But so happy to hear that you found a doctor that is willing to work with you and give you new options. It's so rare to find a doctor like that these days. Take good care and thank you for giving this update that you did.

I have Ankylosing Spondylitis, and I am also one that suffers from chronic pain; however my asthma and allergies don't allow me to take medicine for the pain. I'm glad that you found a doctor that can help you. I wish I had a one in Miami. :(

Thanks Jaquie for the update. You would think there would be some sort of medical news letter or special group for new info on treatments for your mito problem. Why would you have to wait to get news of these new treatments? You could have been on these new treatments for awhile now! Hope you get better soon from the continuation of your flare!

I am trying to get diagnosed with pots. I live in Nevada & these doctors are horrible. They wouldn't give me a tilt table test cuz I'm in a wheelchair. I have every single symptom of pots. It's a shame because I wish I could get treatment for it.
