The Fooo Conspiracy is a developing music group so they take inspiration from other groups; they even did the Gangnam style dance (a dance that everyone has done) for crying out loud so that itself shows that they are Kpop fans. Dance doesn't belong to just one band or group of people, dance is for the general public so in reality The Fooo Conspiracy isn't "stealing" any dance moves.
