  • Welcome back to Monster Angling, I am back from my summer of guiding and getting back into the UA-cam stuff for the fall/winter.
Saskatchewan has some incredible fisheries, but one of them stands out to me. The North Saskatchewan river in my opinion is one of the most under utilized fishing destinations in our vast and beautiful province. Come along with Austin and I as we embark on our adventure on this incredible river system.
Hope you guys enjoy! Subscribe for more. So close to 1k

    Nice video..
Curious about the anchoring and anchor release on the river. I guess current would dictate that. Any troubles?
I would enjoy trying more I believe!

Really depends on current, depth, wind, ect. Sometimes I’ll run a anchor out of the back as well just to keep the boat from swaying back and forth. For heavy current, I’ll often run a quick release system on the front of my boat in case I need to chase the fish.
