Question: How did you prepare the ackee, june plum, and other produce for transport? Did you freeze the june plum, ginger and sour sop? Was the ackee pre-boiled then frozen? Just curious how you got through customs with the fruits.

Hi, the ackee was booked and then frozen before being packed for travel. We made sure the June plums
We’re not ripe so they were wrapped up and could rippen once abroad, the yam
Was wrapped up and we dried the sorrel and wrapped it up. There were no issues at the airport in the UK
