Vegito is useless ngl, there is no difference in power in between Goku SSGSS and Vegito Ssj. But you could spam big bang attack

Finish the story and make sure your game is updated i guess.

complete the substory in sacred of Korin with upa then go to the land of the kais and finish that sub story then go back to the Land of the kais and then complete the last substory

You first do a sub story called good ol’ goku than you do forfelling a promise than you do goku,Vegeta and bulma than you should get fusion

Probably because he has he probably progressed more in the story and leveled up or his Vegeta and Goku or high levels that makes it, so Vegeta gets a higher level in them
