this video introduced me to the awesomeness that is Sabaton. I am thoroughly enjoying their songs and I have you to thank. this video is brilliant!, the timing of clips with the music fit perfectly as do the clips themselves. The action fits the tempo of the song so well. Excellent job!.
í had that by a different stargate video. a tribute to the ori with in the name of god and i fell completely in love with the awesomeness that is sabaton. just too bad that that video isn't online anymore. (it started with the prelude to purgatory - powerwolf followed by in the name of god - sabaton) i watched that video a million times until it was deleted -_- so sad. good memories (well that just makes me feel like crap. i actually found that vid on this channel lol just don't understand why i coulnd't find it while typing it on youtube rofl but who cares i found it haha)
The original Ra in the movie was just soo bad ass and awesomely powerful...loved everything about him...the way he moved his voice...then his two personal guards Anubis and toth the hawk...and oh the score Procession as Ra is first introduced with the back ground vocals....sends shivers down my spine man!! Also the exaggerated score of procession when RA orders the execution and anubis orders Daniel to kill his associates..and he orders him in ancient Egyptian or RAs language. That score with vocals in the background as this is all happening as Daniel is ordered with ra on his throne with anubis and toth watching on as he is about to execute his associates...spine shivering moments! Love it! ....its too bad that you cannot get both scores 1. TAKEN before Ra and Procession with the background vocals....its unbelievable with the screen play! 😎😎
well i grew up with sg-1 so it will always be my favorite. i might make an SGA vid at some point, right now i don't feel like it. i was so disappointed with seasons 4 and 5 that i've withdrawn from SGA a little. but i'm sure i will make an SGA video at some point in the future
I wanna own an Udajeet or at least have a modified Death Glider so I can fly and shoot it myself. I hate depending on a damn gunner. Oh, yeah and layered shields and extreme rapid-fire twin-linked staff cannons. the goa'uld for some odd reason never stooped to at least giving their death gliders a decent amount of protection.
Awesome video....you did the System Lords justice. They were the best villans hands down. No offense to the wraith or Ori but their their clothing, ships, and weapons, and voices were just better.
in the movie what got me to like Ra the most was because he used a psychic occult procedure to get his soul into a boy's body and formed a perfect connection. In the Books by Bill McCay continuing the movie universe, it is said they shared the physical body in a weird sense of symbiosis. It also stated he put out a psychic dream-call to all of the middle east and northern Africa peoples. That's how he got so many followers on ancient earth. I also like him because he really didn't rely on technology and used his cunning. Problem is that arrogance of reigning supreme for 10,000 years made him extremely complacent. Hathor in the books (movie universe not series) said to Jackson as she takes him prisoner aboard the Boat of a Million years that "Ra was always too subtle for his own good." source- Retaliation.
thank you very much. stargate universe has been renewed for a second season. from what i understand, it will retain the style we have seen so far, but there will be more going on (aliens etc.). i like the show so far, it's just too slow for my taste. i want more exploring and less talking.
I wish that Gods Of Egypt Had been set in the Stargate Universe at least and based on them , it could have made for a better film than the crappy CGI fest that the Rock and Jamie Lannister started in.
Great Job and I agree with you on the Goa'uld being the coolest villains in TV history. I'm so sad we had to say bye to them. By any chance do you if Stargate Universe is going to get canceled or is it getting a makeover? I hope it gets a good makeover and they stick to the style they used in SG1 and SGA.
overall it's a great video. Also I wish I had an Udajeet name of glider in 2:27 not a deathglider its cannons are more powerful and sacrifices armor and spaceflight for speed and firepower. plus I can totally scream my head off swearing at the enemy below because it'll be amplified. Maybe I'll sing this song just to be badass and replace wermacht, Nazi, and panzers with gliders, goa'uld and Jaffa legions or something while I'm blasting villages too.
Ra's not a goa'uld nor did he take famrir's asgard body... read Sg-1 Barque of heaven, it at least tries to connect the original alien with the series. Partly that's why I like him the most. IMHO goa'uld are boring but in the original movie and film universe the guard/gods were totally kick-ass. plus he had some natural powers
+eyeaboveall I still like what they did with the Goa'uld (just not the snake part). I also like that Ra almost had some sort of psychic powers that were not implied enough in the movies. The series just had them focus on the technology part too much. It would give the protagonists a little harder time proving that they were not deities of some sort. I just hope there are more of Ra's kind in the trilogy and he isn't literally the last of his kind (in the books). That would be a disappointment. I always assumed Ra would have returned to his home world to share his knowledge and save the remainder of his race, and appoint himself ruler. Thus creating the thousands of pantheon of gods.
God I love those Horus Guards...they look awesome.

Ra and Anubis are my favorite along with Apophis.
Heru-ur is also a favorite of mine.
So you just like all the bad guys
Fantastik❤❤❤❤❤❤😮😮😮😮😮😮

Jaffa,kree!!!
Very nice! The music goes perfectly with the video!
Goaulds are epic!!!!!
I love Stargate and Sabaton both. Some of those Go'ould were pretty formidable. Ba'al and Anubis were by far my favorites
OH YES! THIS IS GREAT!
i LOVE THIS SONG.
I like the snake guard from the Stargate.

Neither did the Galactic Empire with their TIE fighters, except in certain models.
thank you! :D
thanks! :D
HOLY CRAP - You guy really must to mix THIS with ''Hell March'', that would be fuckin' awesome, believe me!
Awesome video....you did the System Lords justice. They were the best villans hands down. No offense to the wraith or Ori but their their clothing, ships, and weapons, and voices were just better.
@ToonLinksDair That is from the pilot of Stargate Universe, "Air" Part 1.
@cardo076
0:40 and 2:03 are from the movie "Stargate Continuum", 3:25 is from SG-1 season 7 episode 21 "Lost City, Part 1"
@megistotherium1 That is track no. 15 "The Battle Begins" from the Stargate - The Ark of Truth soundtrack by Joel Goldsmith
@Whatyaortaknow they're from the original movie, when they looked the most badass!

First episode of season 3, Into the Fire
out of all the system lords, Ra had the most class

that's from season 3, episode 10 "Forever in a Day"
The Tau'ri would rise and be the first to offer true resistance to the Goa'uld.
thank you very much.

@SystemLordZeus
LETS HOPE IT GETS CANCELLED AND ATLANTIS OR SG1 BROUGHT BACK .... LONG LIVE JACK O'NEILL
could the jaffa army outnumber the wraith on the ground?

eyeaboveall for me it is the reverse, Ra is boring so is the movie
nice work maybe dont wanna make somthing in wraith , not sg1 it old fashion
Stargate conquers both star wars and star trek all at once. Jedi aint got shit on a Jaffa warrior.
Goa'uld did nothing wrong!
Ra's the best. I liked the movie more and disliked the series due to hundreds of reasons, especially the silly non-Egyptian armor the Jaffa wore.
