The back part of the head is harder. Because there is more space to work with. And because of the occipital bone. The occipital bone can stick out. And cause more shadows. Which makes the fade a little harder to blend in the back. But you did a great job.. don’t be afraid to close the zero guard up all of the way. Go in with the corner of your blade, on a angle. It might help you out a little bit. But you did a fantastic job
Been trying to buy the rebels but stylecraft have said they cant sell them direct to me as I'm in the uk they did give me a link for elevate pro uk site which distribute stylecraft clippers but they not got them on there site and after asking they have said that the uk isnt getting the rebels we are gonna be getting the gamma boosted instead with different blade than the fusion blade apparently it's the same clipper but it wont drop until late February 🙄
Ah rite I didn’t realise that they won’t ship to the uk… but yeh the boosted is going to be exactly the same barring the blade when they drop you can use code RUSTY5 buddy
Good cut iv just found your channel and its great I'm just finishing my barber training and Iike how you explain things whats the that Cape your using its sick can you answer me a question re neck strips how do you find using them can you do a video on putting them on the ones I have tried they never seem to stick together iv tried all different brands cheers cj
Hiya glad you’ve found the channel helpful 😊 the cape I use are Illuzien they are so good and people never get sweaty under them highly recommend! I’ll definitely do a UA-cam short on the neck strip for you not a problem. Thanks for the support 🙌🏻
Nice cut Steve, keep up the awesome work. Did you not want to use the ring light behind you? I found the lighting on the clients left side was much better than on his right side while you were cutting. What scissors were you using? And do you have your main clippers zero gapped?
Thanks buddy…. The ring light is just awkward and its not great lol I’m getting another White bulb and going to have another big camera light at the other side. I use shearpolice scissors they are the Ergo swivel thumb. And yeah mate the Rebels are zero gapped glad you enjoyed it.🙏🏻🙏🏻
which guards are best for this clipper? I find that the ones that the box comes with seem to have a weird gap between the lines created and that it requires more time to spend blending out lines.
I would definitely say the Gamma dubs. I find the new BabylissPRO ones do blend absolutely fine i didn’t struggle but I did find that there was a gap between the blade and the guard that got clogged up I’ll put that in a UA-cam short.
