Fountain pen Kanwrite Mammoth nib #9: review

You dreamed of it, Kanwrite brought it to life: writing with a mammoth!
Mammoth can be both a prehistoric giant and a synonym for colossal.
Would this pen be both prehistoric in design and massive in size :-) ?
NB: all the writing reviews are done with the Rhodia 80gsm, all ink swatches are with the Tomoe River Hobonichi

Yes, I feel the same way about my Mammoth, which I came across by chance a year ago. I had to have this club of a FP, just because of its dimensions and its #9 nib. I hadn't taken it for granted that this great FP would also write well, but I was proven wrong in that respect too. A super writing instrument that is out of the ordinary and still writes.
