Indian bikes have to follow certain safety norms. like bikes below 125cc must have CBS(Combine Breaking System) bikes above 125CC must have Disc break with ABS (single channel as standard) also the new BS6 compliant engine and many other safety norms leads to price hike, otherwise i had bought splendor in 2013 in 52k onroad and Platina was 44k onroad that time, the pike price hike quite evident after 2015 with the introduction of BS4 compliant engine and many other mandatory safety features after 2018.

not only ladies ride scooty but many males also prefer scooty because of its cargo space and its easy to ride cuz it has no gears , I have tvs scooty which my dad bought when I was in 10th standard to commute for my tuition classes , in colleges girls have scooty and some boys also have scooty , aunties and old aged people also prefer scooty rather than gear motorcycles ,many families despite of having four wheeler they will definitely have one scooty atleast ,

Ladies ka bike chalana to bahut aam si baat hai mujhe Herani Hai vahan Aisa nahin hota. Agar aap sochte hain Ki Aisa religion ki vajah se Hai to fir mere city ki almost 40% population Muslim Hai per fir bhi yahan ladies bike chlati hai. Or me sports bike ki baat kar rha hu na ki normal bike 😀
