This is why Criss isn't a fake or phoney, he doesn't claim any supernatural abilities or anything like that, he's a magician and illusionist that performs cool TRICKS for entertainment and gladly shares them for others to show off to their friends :D

I was just at Vegas and i really wanted to go and see him perform but someone told me while i was in line that they had seen his show and that it was not good and that people at the end of the show were yelling for their money back. So instead i went and saw Jan Rouven "illusions" and it was actually really good.

The performance in the beginning was a card force with a duplicate already in the bag, not what they explain in the tutorial.
You could argo the demo was more impressive than the performance because it wasn't a force.

Magicians explain their tricks, besides this one is really old. Have you never heard of those DVDs that teach magic tricks? This is how they inspire the next generation of magicians.
Also, he's not explaining his biggest ones.

haha yeah i noticed that, this guy would have been a looser in high school
in the demonstration they control the card by moving the deck forward and cutting the deck putting the signed card on top. but in the beginning when criss does it he leaves the card in the middle of the deck without shuffling them. How Swae

Criss says in the video that his trick is better than another version. That version needs a duplicated card, already ut in the bag before. He says that his version is better, but at the demostration part at the beggining of the video he actually does the the version of the duplicated card. You cn check this by looking that he is not doing the "special" cut that they said you have to do in minute 7:40 aprox.

He did a classic force during the performance, but they taught a very different method to find it. It was mind freak tat they were not consistent, but both were good tricks.

Since Criss hints at the method in the video, I'll tell you. He has a duplicate card already set in the flap. He forces the two of diamonds from his deck of cards on the spectator. The whole deck goes in the bag and he stabbed the duplicate card.

How do you know what card

The card trick is an amazing trick for a Master magician to craft and perform. That being said, cards cost money. They don't cost a whole lot for cheap decks. But that will add up after continually performing this trick. So unless you have the money to keep buying brand new decks to destroy after performing just one trick with them. I would have to start ordering card decks in bulk. Otherwise, I love the trick! And it is definitely an amazing trick to perform.
This setup can be done with other objects besides cards.

funny thing is, they make fun of other magicians for having a pre-pulled card in the bag already, but if you go back and watch him perform the trick at the beginning of this video, he doesn't even do the trick the way they are teaching you to do it. He obviously already has a pre-pulled card in the bag, as he never cycles the chosen card to the top after the spectator puts it in the deck.
