Rankings were fair. Some rides just hold more nostalgia for others, so their rankings will definitely be affected that way. On our last Disneyland, a lot of rides went down (everyone had to evacuated off Astro Blasters when it went down), but we still had fun and got to ride everything eventually whether it was a short delay or had to go back.
Nostalgia makes a huge difference in people's rankings! That's what I love about the variety of rides though, what doesn't work for me might be someone else's absolute favorite.
You'd better get these right... (Cue fist shaking)
King Arthur's carousel is one of my favorites. Great history, so classic, and it's absolutely beautiful in the dark.
It really is!
There’s a Pooh movie that references quite a bit you see on the ride. I’ve only been on the one in disneyworld and not Disneyland. BUT that and Ariel were ones we did multiple times BECAUSE of our young girls. Sooo for that reason, it’s hard to rate it a D for me. But I see your point. I don’t have any nostalgia with it and it’s not all that exciting or WOW. Also, I watch Chris too and know his Canoe love, but I agree with you guys 😂 I’ll pass on the workout while on vacay.
I've not been on the Disney World version, but I have heard it's a bit better. There are better versions though in the international parks that I'd love to try out some day!
You guys are great! I enjoy every video you've done about Disneyland. And I am particularly interested because I am going there in November with Son 4, daughter-in-law, their twin girls who will be 4 1/2 then, and my older son. I agree with almost everything you said. I have said for a long time that Disney should have completely re-built Tomorrowland years ago. Remove the submarine lagoon and Autopia, leaving that whole area and the underground infrastructure open for wonderful things. They could have and should have. Yeah, people will say it's nostalgic, but they have changed things before. I still remember how as a kid I loved the "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea" walk-through Nautilus, but it's gone. The House of Tomorrow is gone (as it should be), as is the Carousel of Progress. That area is a current waste of space. i can't think of rides I like just for myself; I think of how much I want others to experience them. So my picks would be the Haunted Mansion, Rise of the Resistance, and the Monorail. But I must tell you a kind of recent experience. My son, who hadn't been there in DECADES, and I went just ourselves last October for Oogie-Boogie, etc. He is 47! (What!?!?! I am old???) But we hit lots of stuff that adults don't. Like the kids' rides in Fantasyland, to scope them for the little girls. We made a point to go on the Nemo Subs. We had great seats, being the last ones on, so we had maybe five seats to ourselves. Before it ended, I was done. Bored. I knew what he would say, so I said it first, As we walked away from the ride, I said, "Well, THAT was a waste of time." Adam stopped dead. He spun to me with his eyes wide, and said, "WHAT??? That was GREAT!!!" Now it was my turn to stop dead. Then he said, "Dad, that took me back to when I was a kid. That was the one ride I remember and I loved it then. And it all came back. I love it!"
It's crazy how people's experiences can vary so much! But I think that's the fun of it, everyone gets a unique experience from each attraction.
I agreed with most things other than Winne the Pooh; especially if you have kids. My daughter at 8 months loved the music and colors. It is one of the few rides everyone can go on.
I think this is my favorite videos of yours. Nice work on it.
Thank you! We are glad your daughter loved it!
Great video Guys! I agree with 98% of your rankings, Thunder Mt. and Haunted Mansion are my S+ lol. Could you please do this for DCA as well? Thanks for your videos!
That’s a great idea! We just might!👍🏻
Winnie the Pooh should’ve been higher!!! All the adults in our family love it!
That's the great thing about Disneyland, everyone can have a different experience with the same ride. Even though it's not a win for us, I'm glad you enjoyed it!
The Sailing Ship Colombia is way better
What happened to you just pay and all access
It's still there, it just costs a ton 😂
@@RTDAdventures well wish me luck Thursday on a tier 4 ticket 😮
Good luck!
Repent Jesus LOVES you all!❤
