- Today I had my first day of in person learning here at Queen's so I decided to take you guys along with me and show you guys what a REAL Day in the Life of an engineering student is like.
Hi my name is Jason, and I'm a second year Engineering Physics student here at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. I make videos centered around my life as a student so if you're interested in the college youtuber style of videos, stick around for the journey.

My daughter is trying to choose between Queen's and other engineering programs - videos like this are so helpful so thank you! Can you point us to any videos outlining what Queen's residences are really like? The on-campus tours only show them from the outside. I know there are pics on the uni site but some insight into what it's really like in residence would be helpful.

Hey I’m glad that this video could be helpful! unfortunately I never got the residence experience because of online school so I can’t say much about it. From what I’ve heard it’s a great time and seems to be lots of fun although the food from the meal plans aren’t the best.

How much is it per semester? How long is the program? My brother really wants in doing the same program as you.
So it’s 4years + 1 year of internship if you decide to do that. Tuition is around 6k CAD for domestic students per semester

yo, u know if they lifting the mask mandate and vax mandate for sep 2022?
Here at queens all the mandates are gone as of May 1st so if things stay calm over the summer everything should be “normal” by September 2022!

So I didn’t actually go to red last year so I can’t rly give advice on the topic IMO makes more sense to go single unless it’s not in the budget

Absolutely, the sense of community + tradition + education + student culture makes for an amazing experience imo

Depends on the class, each prof has their own set of rules!

Physics and Mechanical Engineering, which I can use for mechanical engineering job interviews?
@utqx not sure what the exact degree is but I have friends In that degree who now work mech Eng jobs, it’s more about your extra curriculara
