I appreciate and thank the author of the article "Where are they now?" for referencing my role as babamukuru Phineas Katsande in the original 1991 movie, Neria. It is true my role turned out to be "the uncle that everybody loved to hate," and I personally got used to it in real life. I believe Neria 2 with a completely different cast and crew was premiered in Harare last month. I am curious to hear from those that watched both versions of the movie to please let me know how the 2 movies compared , especially "How did the original Phineas (played by yours truly) compare with that of the latter 2023 version?" Any feedback/critiques through this forum would be sincerely appreciated. Genuine professional actors appreciate constructive critisism from their audiences. I sincerely thank any critiques as they are what built me into the professional actor that I am today.
