Serge Lutens is an amazing house . I recently found my bottle of Ambre Sultan I thought I lost . Chergui is the amazing tobacco one I believe . I still gotta dig into their summer scents . Is Instant crush the one that smells like BR540?
I haven't bought much outside of decants and samples. Designer releases seem to be extremely redundant. Last summer I went thru samples of the entire MFK Aqua line. Such a stellar house. That Grand Soir has been calling my name and I am waiting for a Neiman fire sale to grab it LOL. Great to see you back.
So I’m not the only one who has found the recent designer releases super redundant lol I’m getting tired of their flankers and copying each other . I like the heavier MFK stuff but now that it’s summer I’m definitely gonna revisit the Aquas . Thanks 🙏🏾

Thanks man, yes I enjoy Anucci. It can definitely feel dated. These are not similar but i feel like Bois Du Portugal feels dated too but they’re both great . Worst case scenario you can gift it lol
@@JesseAboagye Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy classic-inspired fragrances. For example, have you tried Parfum De Nicolai's New York Intense? It's a classic smell but is blended to perfection so it smells smooth & opulent. So I guess "dated" for me means "abrasive" or "harsh-smelling". Do you find Anucci harsh, especially when you smell it up close?

I’ve really slowed down on buying, I think it’s important to just take time off and enjoy your collection . When you’re in a constant state of discovery you don’t really get to appreciate what you got
