Don't worry too much about the numbers. If you keep them moist and fed they will 3x their population like every 60-90 days.

Whole Wheat flour
Old fashion oats original
Baked egg shell
Bone meal
Grind into powder and you have a worm chow. Sprinkle in once a week 😊
