I love this motiversity. I carry on with my life beyond limits. I took a fitness for life course which improved my life dramatically with my spinal cord injury since I was 38 years ago. I chose to improve. The skills that I learned in the class.
I taught a yoga class at a private school after school program through the Yoga Pretzels cards Yoga Says, a rendition of Simon Says.
