The peons should help the clerk by inserting Summon in the case records, showing the case record to the advocates, help the clerk in daily posting of records .It is not possible by the clerk to get the daily posting records out of the almirahs.The peon should put the daily posting records in the bench of the pescar before hearing.The salary is very minimum in comparison to the work.The clerk always torture by Advocates very badly in every time and every moments.But can't not stop the advocates.If u complain in front of judges about them the Judge will not take any action against them.after all it's a hell for the clerk Sometimes an arrogant judge may insults you on the open dais during hearing of the cases in front of 30 to 40 Judges which gives a clerk mental shock.The continues mental shock lead to a huge depression.One of the clerk in odisha died due to mental depression.Some peons supply the documents to the lawyers by taking bribe 50 to 100 rupees from them for which sometimes a clerk can face Departmental Proceedings.Some bastard peons always whispers bad things into the ear of judges and the judges blindly believe it and take revenge on innocent clerks by imposing work pressure and insulting on the open Dais(where the Judges hear the case ).It's not a job rather it may lead your life into a miserable condition.If someone wants to contact me then type his mob no.
