    So glad you had a nice vacation! I'd love a lesson on counseling women during early miscarriage. We have patients presenting to urgent care and there isn't much we can do for them. Of course, ectopic pregnancies go to the ED. Working in FL, you probably have many constraints around treatment of spontaneous abortion.

    The teaching segment was great! Maybe another topic to be discussed is any cases involving MSK pathologies. Btw, congratulation on finishing up residency. How do you feel about becoming an attending?

      I’ll definitely do some more topics! I’ll try to think of some ortho cases. & I’m excited about the next stage! A lot of responsibility but I feel my training has prepared me well

    If any of this sounds like something you do not want to go through, don’t drink regularly folks. My dad was a “wine with dinner” drinker and developed cirrhosis. It’s a torturous disease.

    Is it possible to be only a night doctor? For example, attending a physician who would rather work night shifts, could they be only a night shift doctor?
