I was really impressed with Solo's strategy, how tf did he get the time to think about that in 10 minutes? But Torvesta's solution proved to be even better: 0 time for gathering food plus more inventory space for not using staminas

Torvesta's really impressing me. Despite not being a pvmer he still has decent knowledge in that area and often even beats out the pvm streamers in their own specialty. Incredibly strong competitor.
Torvesta has a series where he traps his HCIM in the wilderness. Which is recent, the moment I heard the challenge I was like Torv got it in the bag. SoloMission surprised me with the fishing idea to give him credit.
Yeah, but Torv has done way more wildy content (both PvM and PvP) than most of the people there. I'd say that if it were a Raids speedrun, then yeah, he'd be in trouble. But as soon as I saw the challenge, I knew Torv was going to be the favorite.
Also love how he's not involved with any teams and just votes for whoever he feels like, while everyone else are at each other's throats the entire time.
boaty is awesome and all but it kind of ruins the concept of the show not voting for anyone. Whats he going to do if he gets in a 1v1? just purposefully fail? its "thoughtful" but after its all said n done its dumb imo.
Skill Specs and the Veracs guy is amazing. Easily one of my most replayed moments in the Gielinor Games. Prior to this it was Virtoso chanting "We like to play against KempQ". The Gielinor Games is easily my favorite Runescape content ever.
Torvesta and solo clapping 7 bosses faster than everybody else's run is mega, the carnage the short prep times and randomness of the challenges is awesome, some serious background work has gone into this

(Which seems to be what happened as EV seems to think it was zoe and tasty that backstabbed rather than half of solo and tasty). Not sure how they'll get pissed off if they cant be sure it's him.
How is it pissing off if they didn't knew who voted for who when series happened. He though that both sides will be missing 1 vote from they calculation, but as more people voted other way around it got really confusing
If he votes 2 on either side the other side will likely be able to work out he's backstabbed due to the number of votes. This is the safest play for him by far. If either side starts to think he's on the other side then he becomes target #1 for that side.
The way how solomission has flipped all attention off himself all while pulling the strings on every other player is nothing short of genius and entertaining as hell 👏
Watching Torvesta run away from a 10 strange fruit drop and tasty run away from an antidote++ drop when they both forgot antipoisons was the biggest facepalm moment
Soup should have all the people that have been banned in this season to talk about the challenge this episode and what they saw. Similar to those Game of Thrones After Dark, sorta shows. Would be nice to include their presence.
Best episode yet! Skillspecs losing his sht and getting killed was the funniest thing i’ve seen in some time. The battle between Torvesta and Solomission was truly epic. And Evscape getting vengeance in the banning ‘I’m dyslexic so anagrams are like normal words to me’. Real quality content here, great stuff!
Little editing instances like the conversation between the banning contestants at the end of the challenge show how much love and attention you put into this. Not just phenomenal content, but a phenomenal content creator. Even if I'm also living a day in the life of Skillspecs, this series is always a highlight of that day.
The tactics, mind plays, skill and drama creating by solo makes this series so fun to see. I feel like i'm mostly now just clicking to see what shenanigans he's up to this week

"I'm sick and get up early and don't know why everybody thinks I'm the best" and then literally just annihilates the banning. What a great way to start Christmas.

This was my favourite episode by far! I love the Wildy bosses, spent so much time there. It was great to see how all the contestants did in what feels like home to me. Guessed Torvesta would come out on top with his Wildy hc experience and he did not disappoint. Once again interesting voting this week and I was very fond of the anagrams last year, this was a great mix-up with the NPC's. 10/10 this was great entertainment!
Without a doubt the best OSRS content to ever come o9ut. Every episode has me hyped. Production quality on point> Snakery on point. This has everything I love about trash reality tv and mixes it with sweaty nerdy gaming and I love it so much.

Genuinely the best episode of the season so far!! The competitors' commentary , especially at the end, was pure gold. Especially for GG diehards who want to hear the inner workings of the alliances. And admittedly, I'm really happy with who was eliminated this week! 😊
After this aired, Will was showing the footage on stream of how he misunderstood the challenge, proceeded to kill crazy arch 7 times (1 boss 7 times) and then re-read the challenge and went to complete it correctly without stams. It's pretty amazing that he ended up in 3rd after all that
Solo has been smashing it so far, as i missed these when they aired so im watching them in order. They just cannot get rid of this guy. Im pretty sure hes finished like top 2 every week at least. Even when he was in the banning they couldnt get rid of him. Hes my lock to win, all these newcomers dont understand who they are really up against.
If Tasty would have looked at his chat after he got poisoned at Scorpia, he would have seen that Chaos ele dropped an Antidote++ for him and was prob still on the ground
solomission is in a powerful position right now, since there are 2 major alliances, both alliances would more likely blame each other rather than solomission when something goes wrong, which essentially gives solomission free reign to do what he wants. AND THAT IS NOT A GOOD THING
Ya, kinda unfortunate how the resource area strat slowed him down compared to Torvesta. I'm literally impressed every episode how smart he is , it's insane.
Yeah I felt like last season he sort of ruined it a bit for me, but as a result this season his starting point was so bad that it's just super entertaining to see him try to salvage it.
Snakemission going strong with the big brain plays, and also really impressed with Torv. Ever since last season, he really grew on me and he absolutely nailed this challenge, like the time was just insane and the purple sweets such a clever move. What a season so far!
The thing most ppl don't realize is this season's rules give Solo a massive advantage. In particular, these rules: 1) You can't vote someone out, you have to beat them in the banning 2) The winner of the banning gets immunity next week 3) Winning the challenge grants immunity this week 4) Second and third place in the challenge get extra votes These are all layers of protection if you're the best rs player, for example since you don't know what the banning will be in advance, 1) and 2) makes it so that sending the best player in the banning only results in him getting immunity next week most of the time, and risks making him your enemy. You might wonder why you can't vote him in every other week -- it's because 1) the best player has the highest chance of winning immunity via the week's challenge, and 2) if your alliance didn't win the challenge, then you don't actually want the best player in the banning, because the challenge winner can force one of your players to go against him. This season, the best all-around player happened to be Solo, and these scenarios happened exactly. In week 1, Solo was voted in to the banning and EVScape put him against the winner of last season as the best shot to knock him out -- but Solo won and gained immunity for week 2, where he immediately retaliated by putting EVScape in the banning. You can imagine how after that, EVScape decided it was better for his own game to ally with Solo instead of going against him. Framed realized this from the beginning and never openly targeted Solo. This week, Torvesta would have sent Solo into the banning if J1mmy was voted in, but instead his alliance member EVScape was voted in. If Torvesta still sent Solo in, then 1) Solo would have probably won the banning as the better player (he actually would have lost this one but again, they don't know the banning challenge in advance) and 2) even if EVScape won, he'd be pissed at Torvesta for sending him in against the best player. So Torvesta did the best thing for his alliance and for his own game which was to send in J1mmy instead. This is another strategy available to Solo -- in general, the best player should secure extra votes in many of the weeks that they don't win, meaning they can often influence the result to ensure that the alliance that won the challenge has one of their members voted in, and they'd be safe. So while people have been focusing on the snakery Solo has been pulling, even disregarding all of that, the rules this season have made it very difficult to target him. There's a lot more importance placed upon playing the game well; contrast this with shows like Big Brother and Survivor where voting determines the eliminations and alliances + relationships are much more key. So I think a lot of Solo's snakery was good content but not necessary for him to do well in GG. In fact I think it almost hurt him this week and got him sent into the banning. The best chance for Solo to ensure safety was to put both votes on EVScape (forcing Torvesta to pick an easier opponent for him instead of sending in Solo) but he couldn't do that because he was trying to ally with him and as a result J1mmy almost got voted in, which would have given Torvesta the chance to send Solo in.

Torv is slept on tbh, he’s a super strong player. He’s even good in non PvP challenges, just peep last season carrying Ditter to finals.

Without a doubt the best OSRS content to ever come o9ut. Every episode has me hyped. Production quality on point> Snakery on point. This has everything I love about trash reality tv and mixes it with sweaty nerdy gaming and I love it so much.

@@Jkizzle4996 No it didn't. If he didn't do that he wouldn't have had enough supplies for the other bosses. He finishes Venenatis with almost no supplies left after having fished almost an entire inventory.
I haven’t played RuneScape in over a decade and this is quickly becoming my favourite series on UA-cam.
Genuinely the best episode of the season so far!! The competitors' commentary , especially at the end, was pure gold. Especially for GG diehards who want to hear the inner workings of the alliances. And admittedly, I'm really happy with who was eliminated this week! 😊

I love that the top 3 or 4 people all used different strategies. Honestly crazy that the quality of both the content and editing is so high.
After this aired, Will was showing the footage on stream of how he misunderstood the challenge, proceeded to kill crazy arch 7 times (1 boss 7 times) and then re-read the challenge and went to complete it correctly without stams. It's pretty amazing that he ended up in 3rd after all that

Solo has been smashing it so far, as i missed these when they aired so im watching them in order. They just cannot get rid of this guy. Im pretty sure hes finished like top 2 every week at least. Even when he was in the banning they couldnt get rid of him. Hes my lock to win, all these newcomers dont understand who they are really up against.
AMAZING CHALLENGE, by far the best one this season. PVM challenges are great because of all the strategizing and how relatable they are

solomission is in a powerful position right now,
since there are 2 major alliances, both alliances would more likely blame each other rather than solomission when something goes wrong, which essentially gives solomission free reign to do what he wants.

Yeah I felt like last season he sort of ruined it a bit for me, but as a result this season his starting point was so bad that it's just super entertaining to see him try to salvage it.

Snakemission going strong with the big brain plays, and also really impressed with Torv. Ever since last season, he really grew on me and he absolutely nailed this challenge, like the time was just insane and the purple sweets such a clever move. What a season so far!

Torvesta's time is insane compared to everyone else's efforts
The thing most ppl don't realize is this season's rules give Solo a massive advantage. In particular, these rules:
1) You can't vote someone out, you have to beat them in the banning
2) The winner of the banning gets immunity next week
3) Winning the challenge grants immunity this week
4) Second and third place in the challenge get extra votes
These are all layers of protection if you're the best rs player, for example since you don't know what the banning will be in advance, 1) and 2) makes it so that sending the best player in the banning only results in him getting immunity next week most of the time, and risks making him your enemy. You might wonder why you can't vote him in every other week -- it's because 1) the best player has the highest chance of winning immunity via the week's challenge, and 2) if your alliance didn't win the challenge, then you don't actually want the best player in the banning, because the challenge winner can force one of your players to go against him.
This season, the best all-around player happened to be Solo, and these scenarios happened exactly. In week 1, Solo was voted in to the banning and EVScape put him against the winner of last season as the best shot to knock him out -- but Solo won and gained immunity for week 2, where he immediately retaliated by putting EVScape in the banning. You can imagine how after that, EVScape decided it was better for his own game to ally with Solo instead of going against him. Framed realized this from the beginning and never openly targeted Solo. This week, Torvesta would have sent Solo into the banning if J1mmy was voted in, but instead his alliance member EVScape was voted in. If Torvesta still sent Solo in, then 1) Solo would have probably won the banning as the better player (he actually would have lost this one but again, they don't know the banning challenge in advance) and 2) even if EVScape won, he'd be pissed at Torvesta for sending him in against the best player. So Torvesta did the best thing for his alliance and for his own game which was to send in J1mmy instead. This is another strategy available to Solo -- in general, the best player should secure extra votes in many of the weeks that they don't win, meaning they can often influence the result to ensure that the alliance that won the challenge has one of their members voted in, and they'd be safe.
So while people have been focusing on the snakery Solo has been pulling, even disregarding all of that, the rules this season have made it very difficult to target him. There's a lot more importance placed upon playing the game well; contrast this with shows like Big Brother and Survivor where voting determines the eliminations and alliances + relationships are much more key. So I think a lot of Solo's snakery was good content but not necessary for him to do well in GG. In fact I think it almost hurt him this week and got him sent into the banning. The best chance for Solo to ensure safety was to put both votes on EVScape (forcing Torvesta to pick an easier opponent for him instead of sending in Solo) but he couldn't do that because he was trying to ally with him and as a result J1mmy almost got voted in, which would have given Torvesta the chance to send Solo in.
