Which is why APRA is doing a stress test of Banks now. And in 2025 they plan to stress test everything. Rates won't drop, they will collude to scare the s out of everyone with:-
    Falling house prices
    Superannuation changes
    Aged Pension horizon shifts
    Defence spending grows
    Uninsurable houses
Policy changes to tip out landlordism
Aged pension futures drift into "unfunded"
In other words 20 years of volatility and hard assets/lazy capital will plummet. This myth of the transfer of wealth over next 10-20 years won't occur. The missing bit is that Blackrock, Brookfield, Bain etc are swooping to buy retirement villages, lifestyle villages, dementia homes, hospitals, water, energy, meta data companies etc to strip out your inheritances. You have bern warned.
